Ben, Lexi, and Louise were at the park...
Louise was pushing Lexi on the swing, Ben strolled through his phone.
"There you go." Ben said.
"Yeah?" Louise asked.
"Higher?" Asked Ben.
"Push me higher." Lexi said.
"Tell Auntie Lou Lou to push you higher." Said Ben.
"Higher?" Louise asked.
"Push me higher!" Lexi shouted.
Callum and Elena were walking past the small park.
"Let's... just... just... let's just..." Elena muttered.
"No. Is this about the other night? Cos he got drunk? Elena, everyone gets drunk. And he was really upset, wasn't he? Poor bloke." Callum said.
"Cal, he sold me a stolen van." Said Elena.
"So what? That's dealt with now, it's done. If I can cut him some slack..." Callum murmured, staring at Elena. "Look, he messed up. All right, he's a lot messed up, but you would be if you had a dad like Phil."
"I thought Phil was all about family?" Elena asked.
Callum scoffed.
"Not when your son's into troublemakers. The grief and trouble Ben's been through... you two ain't that different, you know? You've both got dads that you're constantly try to please and can't, and thinks everything about you is wrong. So, please, just cut him a bit of slack." Callum tells Elena.
"Who you texting?" Asked Louise.
