Taehyung used to hate waking up in the morning, loathing the difficult reality he would be facing. All those headaches, cries, and sadness seemed intolerable. But today was different. When he woke up and slowly adjusted his eyes to the morning light, he felt an unusual numbness. Soon enough, his eyes widened in realization

He looked beside him hurriedly and sighed in relief upon finding Jungkook still deep in sleep, his back facing him. Jungkook wasn't wearing anything, just a blanket covering his pretty skin. Taehyung smiled softly and scooted closer to the boy while back hugging him tightly as he pressed his soft lips against the nape of Jungkook's neck. That sudden action caused the sleeping boy to squirm, his whole body reacting with goosebumps. Taehyung could feel all the hair rising on his body, causing him to blush. The teen was really sensitive there

"Good morning" Taehyung whispered, his voice barely audible

Jungkook mumbled incoherently in his sleep, shifting slightly but not waking up. Taehyung couldn't help but chuckle at how liable Jungkook was, even in his sleep. He nuzzled closer, enjoying the warmth and closeness of the shorter male. Jungkook stirred again, this time turning his head slightly towards Taehyung "Mmm... Tae?" he muttered sleepily, his voice thick with drowsiness

"Yes, it's me" Taehyung replied gently, his breath brushing against Jungkook's ear "Go back to sleep"

Jungkook smiled faintly and relaxed back into his embrace "Okay..." he mumbled lowly "I'll be here with you" Taehyung promised, his heart swelling with a tenderness he hadn't felt in a long time

For once, the morning didn't feel so daunting. Instead, it was filled with a quiet, comforting warmth, all because of the boy in his arms.

With happiness seeping into his heart, Taehyung couldn't fall back asleep. He admired and admired and admired his boyfriend again and again. His pretty uneven lips, all those moles decorating his skin. His full cheeks looked so squishy and soft that Taehyung couldn't help but bite them

Jungkook groaned in his sleep and tried to push Taehyung off of him. "Stop it" his sleepy voice was so small and cute that Taehyung cooed but didn't obey at all. He squished Jungkook more in his arms while kissing all over his face lovingly

Jungkook instantly opened his eyes and shoved the giggling adult away rather harshly, then sat up in bed "I told you to stop, right? I was sleeping! Kids do these kinds of stupid things" he exclaimed, causing Taehyung to flinch a little. But Taehyung tried not to take it to heart. Everyone had their own preferences, right?

"I'm sorry, Jungkook. I was just a bit playful—"

"Such playfulness doesn't suit an adult like you, hyung" Jungkook spat rudely while rubbing the sleep away with his palm. Taehyung's forced smile fell. He chuckled lowly before looking elsewhere for a moment, then glimpsed back at Jungkook, who was already putting on his clothes

"Are you leaving?" Taehyung asked, earning a nod from a grumpy Jungkook. The adult smiled before getting up from the bed and putting on his shorts, leaving his upper body naked "Please stay. At least wait for breakfast with me" he proposed while walking toward his lover and hugging him, kissing him on his forehead

"Why are you so clingy today?" Jungkook chuckled before softly pushing the taller male away from sticking to him.

"But it's what boyfriends do, right?" Taehyung replied, trying to keep his tone light and affectionate.

Jungkook's eyes widened in realization. A heavy sigh left his throat and a hint of irritation still lingered in his expression "Oh" he gulped in nervousness "But sometimes it's too much, Taehyung. Just give me some room, okay?"
