Chapter IV: Year I [Part II]

It was after the summer holiday at Luna Nova Academy. The students had been introduced to their classes and the staff, and now it was time for the serious work to begin. They needed to study hard and demonstrate their skills if they wanted to progress to the next level. It was around this time, on September 13th, that Sucy Manbavaran came up with a rather unusual idea.

Sucy Manbavaran had been captivated by Owen's power all throughout August. She likened his abilities to those of comic book characters, her favorites being the ones who reveal the full extent of their strength only when pushed to their limits. Driven by her fascination with dragons, Sucy managed to sneak into Professor Croix's optional dragonology course. There, she used her inventive and somewhat twisted mind to create a dragon of unparalleled brutality.

"Has anyone seen Sucy?" Owen was worried about Sucy's whereabouts. He couldn't help but feel uneasy as Sucy was always shown to have a keen interest in his abilities, constantly asking about his strengths and weaknesses. This behavior led him to believe that she might use that information against him someday.

"I haven't seen Crystal either." Said Amy, "I wonder where she could be-"

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRWWWWWWAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR...!!!" Suddenly, a loud roar caused both Owen and Amy to rush outside Luna Nova, only to be met by...

"Zello, Zello, Zello." Said Sucy. "Crizystal and I zhave heard, zhat you were looking for zus. Well...Here we are..." The Dragon stood at least 30 feet tall, razor sharp claws, and massive wings

"What...The...HELL?" Was all Owen could say before the Dragon lunged itself directly at Owen!

"TAKE NO PRIONSERS!" Said Sucy and Crystal, "PUSH HIM TO HIS BREAKING POINT!"

"I SHOULD HAVE SAW THIS COMING!" Said Owen, "AMY, FIND HELP, I'LL HOLD OFF GODZILLA'S IN-LAW UNTIL YOU GET BACK! GO!" Amy obeyed Owen and quickly went to find help. Meanwhile, the students from all years gathered around to witness the clash between Owen and Sucy's monstrous dragon, a true test of Owen's power.

A second-year student named Avery observed the spectacle and remarked, "So this is what Sucy's been up to all along."

Constanze, another student, observed as Owen skillfully dodged the fiery breaths of Sucy's fearsome dragon. Now what was there to say about Constanze? She was a first year student who didn't talk at all. At all. She just watched from behind the scenes. Like right now. Owen, meanwhile, ducked and dodged until he had nowhere else to run. "Zu are now cornered Owen, Oshua!" Said Sucy, "My Majestic Red Sharddarku, release the Enigma bomb."

"I'm sorry...What?" Owen's question was unheard as the Red Sharddarku levitated in the air and energized a massive powerful fireball that could level out a thousand cities at best. 'Firebending.' He thought, 'If only I could use firebending. I'm not ready for that level yet. But...That doesn't mean I can't think of a way to turn the tables on Sucy and end this madness before it gets worse. Besides, by the time Amy returns with a staff member, the school'll probably be turned to ashes.' Owen clenched his fist, "And I...Cannot...Allow that to happen." He glares at Sucy, who has just been enjoying this moment of watching him be pushed into a corner for at least 25 minutes straight. "HAAAAA..." The battle cry coming from the Elemental Hybrid was followed up by a white Aura that flamed the outline of Owen's body, "RAAAAA...!!!" Completing whatever metamorphosis he had undergone, Owen flies upward, racing towards Red Sharddarku's "Enigma Bomb '' attack.

"Zhat's right-Okay, screw the accent I'm done with it-That's right Owen!" Sucy said, taking glee at what she was going to witness, "Let's all see what you're truly made of!"

"With Pleasure!" Owen replies, his fist cocked back, his hand forming into a claw. 'This had better work.' But before Owen could unleash this attack, April arrived with Ms. Callistis. She makes the Dragon disappear and then teleports Sucy into Mistress Miranda's office. Where she would get a earful, despite not caring and even pouting at the fact that Callistis spoiled her "Fun." "Great." Said Sucy, "Now I'll never know the depths of Owen's powers." 'Thanks Alot Teach.'
