Lily's POV
We climb off Festus, the dragon, and Jason whispers to me, "I've got a bad feeling about this." I agree with him, "You're right. There's something off about this, even though it's beautiful." I say that last part louder, so the Boreads don't get suspicious. I'm not lying; the entrance hall is beautiful. Even with the ice. But the ice makes the beauty a little scary and adds to the eerie feeling I'm getting. The Boreads turn to us, "The dragon must be deactivated. The fire will melt everything."
"Woah, woah. No one is deactivating my dragon. I have a solution though," Leo says, pulling a lever behind Festus' leg. The dragon collapses in on itself, until it becomes a block of metal, a suitcase without the wheels and handle.
I look at Leo, confused. "Leo, why do I sense fire still? I thought it was Festus but he's now... a... suitcase?"
Leo has pressed a button, and a handle popped out of Festus, along with wheels. It is a suitcase. "Wait, what do you mean, you can sense fire? Is there something else you didn't tell me last night Lily?"
"Jason, I don't know how I can sense fire, it might because my uncle is Apollo, but I highly doubt it. Leo why can I sense fire coming from you?"
"The child of the moon senses fire? Now how can you do that? Who is your father?" Zethes asks.
Jason's POV
"Okay how does everyone know who your mother is? First the titan, now them, who's next, their father?"
"Speaking of my father, he'll speak to you now." A voice speaks, and we turn around in alarm. At the top of the stairs, a girl is standing looking at us. Her hair is black and even with that, she looks like Elsa from Frozen just without the blue dress, instead it is silver and white, and her eyes are brown not blue. "Your friends of fire and moon will have to stay here. They are threats to my father's home."
"How can they be threats? They're harmless." I ask, not liking Lily having to stay behind. If she stays behind and something happens, she won't be able to help.
"Jason we'll be fine. Nothing will happen, besides if something does, just shout for me and I'll find you. I promise."
"Okay. I still have a bad feeling about this, but I trust you. One question," I direct that last part towards the girl at the stairs. "Who are you?"
"My name is Khione, goddess of snow. Now come, my father is waiting."
