Hey Kieran,
Sarah has been trying to cheer me up for the past few days. She doesn't know anything about you, about us though. She's been really persistent about it, asking me to go out with her. After a lot of arguments and pushing back, I finally agreed.
I really hope this works out. I hope getting out and being with a friend might help ease some of this pain. The vacancy you left in my heart is tormenting, Kieran. It's like a void that nothing seems to fill, no matter how hard I try.
I miss you every single day. I'm trying to find a way to cope, to move on, but it's so hard when all I can think about is how much better everything was with you around. Please know that I'm trying, even though it feels impossible most of the time.
I just wanted you to know how much I still care, and how much this all still hurts.
