-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hey Kieran,
I hope you're doing well. Days after winter break are comparatively better and filled with hard practice days. Tomorrow's the big day—the competition we've all been practicing so hard for. I just wanted to reach out and say that I hope everything goes smoothly for you and Sofia. I know you'll both do great out there.
As for me, Liam and I have been putting in a lot of effort too. We've been practicing non-stop, trying to get everything just right. And you know what? I think we might actually have a shot at this.
It's strange, though. I used to dread the thought of seeing you and Sofia together on stage, but now... well, it doesn't hurt as much as it used to. Don't get me wrong, it's still a little bittersweet, but I think I'm finally starting to let go.
I know it won't be easy, and there will always be a part of me that longs for what we had. But I also know that holding onto the past will only hold me back from embracing the future. And who knows? Maybe this competition will be the start of something new for all of us.
Maybe I'll let go of you, of us, maybe just maybe, slowly but certainly.
Anyway, I just wanted to wish you luck and let you know that I'm okay. Take care, Kieran.
Sincerely,
MaeveSent : 05.01.2023
