"The year two hundred thousand, and it's a spaceship," the Doctor stated, walking out. Adalyn and Rose walked out afterward and looked around, "No, wait a minute, space station," he added after a moment noticing no movement.
"Two hundred thousand?" Rose questioned.
"Yep."
"Cool. Let's go," Adalyn said.
"It's a bit warm though," Rose commented.
"It is," the Doctor said.
"Can't tell," Adalyn said.
"Can you even tell heat?" the Doctor asked as they started walking.
"I can tell the cold. Carter's mate is always cold," Adalyn said.
"So what else is up with this place?" Rose asked.
The Doctor kind of sped ahead and grabbed Adalyn's hand, smiling when she held it, so he kept describing the place, "The Fourth great and bountiful Human Empire. And there it is, planet Earth at its height. Covered with mega-cities, five moons, population ninety six billion. The hub of a galactic domain stretching across a million planets, a million species, with mankind right in the middle," the Doctor described.
"I have a kill urge," Adalyn stated looking at the numerous amount of people.
"Then let's go," the Doctor said pulling her forward.
"Yes, never take Adalyn to Vegas," Rose said, hurrying after.
"Why?" the Doctor asked.
"Practically crack for Ghost Riders," Rose said.
"Can we go to Vegas?" Adalyn asked with wide eyes.
"No," the Doctor immediately said. Adalyn pouted in response. The Doctor kept a mental note about Vegas. Then kept a second note about crowded places from how often Adalyn kept looking in a certain direction.
"She also told me once that the younger the Ghost Rider the more they may have difficulty controlling their Rider," Rose said.
"Noted," the Doctor said, squeezing Adalyn's hand to get her attention, "How much younger are you than Robbie?"
"Two hundred years—he also has trouble in Vegas," Adalyn said.
"Really?" they asked her.
"Even Carter has trouble in Vegas and he's ancient," she answered.
"Out of the way!" a man yelled making them come to a sudden halt as they are surrounded by more people. They hear shouts of Kronkburgers and drinks and arguments about shoving.
"My watch must be wrong," the Doctor said making them look at her.
"What do you mean?" Rose asked.
"No, it's fine. It's weird," he said, changing his mind.
"Oi! How much is a kronkburger!" Adalyn yelled.
"Two credits twenty, sweetheart!" the chef answered.
"Money. We need money. Let's use cashpoint," the Doctor said. Then he looked at Adalyn, "Does using my sonic on an ATM for money a sin?"
"No because it's from a machine, they can always refill it," Adalyn answered. Technically he would've been stealing from a bank, but she can make exceptions in this case.
