I'm proud to welcome you all to my first-ever HTTYD story!! After discussing the show and movies, my great friend Gedthehero inspired me to write this story. I'm unsure if anyone's too surprised because I kept dropping so many hints that I'd do this, but here it is!
I'd like you to meet Elspeth (El) Rydenmere. She wasn't born in the village of Berk like the other dragon riders, but from one on the outskirts of the Archipelago called Naig. She's a bit darker than your average Berkian due to her birthplace's different weather.
I drew a picture of El below. As you can see, she has dark brown eyes, hair, and two-toned lips. She stands at around 5"2. For comparison, in the first film, Hiccup is 5"1. In case anyone was wondering, her necklace isn't present during the story.

I'm not sure if I want to continue Elspeth's story in the other movies and the series, but if I do, I've already got a link to Naig's backstory.
