Audrianna's POV

Henry and I were up at Junk N' Stuff watching over the store. By 'watching' I meant Henry serenading me with Arctic Monkeys songs on his guitar.

I grinned, clapping cheerfully as he ended the song "Wow.. you've gotten so much better."

"Thanks. I like to practice everytime my parents fight. Y'know, so I could drown out their screaming." he pointed out nonchalantly, which made me furrow my eyebrows.

"By the way.. how is Piper handling all this? All the fighting going on with your parents."

"Most of the time she's at her friend's house. Sometimes she stays in my room and listens to me play the guitar."

"Aw, that's so sweet." my gaze softened as I placed my hand on my chest

"Yeah.. no, she just criticises my playing."

"Still. I think it's sweet that Piper would even consider going to you when your parents fight." I said, getting off the counter and standing next to him "That girl cares for her brother, I promise you."

"I guess.. she did steal my dad's car just to go to our wedding." he shrugged, tuning his guitar a bit

"Speaking of that.. do your parents still seriously not know that we're married?" I crossed my arms

"No.. I never had the chance to tell them."

"Henry.." I stared at him in disappointed

"I know.. I know.. I should tell them.. but come on.. Piper told them so many times that we're getting married but they never came. Hell, I don't think they even heard her. I doubt that they'll even care that we're married." Henry scoffed, avoiding eye contact with me

"Of course they will.. they're still your parents--"

"Can we just drop this? Please.." he pleaded, sounding desperate

I stared at him with hesitation and opened my mouth to speak up but before I could say anything, the door chime rang and a couple walked in.

"There's our favorite customers-slash-couple!" the lady spoke up, grinning widely

"Jane, Daniel, hi!" I greeted excitedly as Jane pulled me in for a hug

Jane and Daniel were these two employees who worked at Downtown Brown. They got engaged a while back. Even though everyone agrees they shouldn't even be together.

I swear, their relationship is on thin ice.

"We have exciting news for you guys!" she beamed before turning to Daniel
