TW: MENTIONS OF SH
═══════❀•°❀°•❀═══════ THIRD PERSON POV
After her mother's death, Audrianna hasn't been the same temperamental, sarcastic girl everyone knew.
The past few weeks have been rough for her. She blamed herself for her mother's death. She believed that she couldn't protect her. Everyone's been saying that it wasn't her fault but nothing would convince her.
The poor girl barely even came out of her room at all, not even to eat. The only times everyone sees her is when there's an emergency or at school. But even then, she rarely speaks to anyone.
Everyone's concerned for the girl, especially Ray and Henry. They've been trying to get her to eat but nothing worked. She was just locked up in her room, and everytime they go in to check up on her, she's always zoned out and staring into complete nothingness.
Ray and the others eventually stopped checking up on her because they knew she needed space. In fact, only Kelly and Henry have been constantly visiting her. They don't talk to her, they just peek in her room to see if she's still alive.
Henry knocked lightly on her door before opening it "Dri..?" he spotted the girl sitting on her bed, zoned out again as usual with Kaitlyn on her lap.
"Hey, petal.." the blond sat next to her and brushed his fingers against her hair
"Did you eat today..?"
...
"Do you want Chick Fil' A?"
...
The boy seemed surprised, Chick Fil' A would always snap her out of it.
Henry stared at her for a moment, thinking of what to say; scared that if anything, he might make her condition worse. He opened his mouth to speak but she spoke up first.
"I'm so sick and tired of everything.."
"C'mon, don't be like that.." he started kissing her all around her face "Kisses will make everything better."
"Yeah right." she smiled for the first time in a while as the boy continued attacking her face with kisses.
"Stop! You're squishing our child!"
"Nah." he went on with kissing her face, causing the girl to laugh harder "Since when did Kaitlyn become our child?"
"Since my dad let us keep her."
The kissing eventually stopped as Henry spoke up again.
