Audrianna's POV

"Yo, yo, yo, kiddios." my dad walked in from the backrooms "Check out this new invention Schwoz just made for me."

"Ooh, I wanna see."

"What is it?"

"Check it." he pulled out some weird, pen- thing

"Uh, I don't think Schwoz invented the pen." Charlotte remarked

"So you think it's just a pen? She thinks it's just a pen!" he laughed as we all started awkwardly laughing with him

"So did we."

"Yeahhh, we all thought it was just a pen."

My dad shrugged "Well, it also happens to be.." he shook the pen around "A nose hair trimmer."

"What?" Henry's head perked up as my dad started shoving the trimmer up his nose

"Aw, listen to it trim the little hairs." Jasper beamed

"And it also happens to fire small poison darts." my dad stated

"What?"

He shook the pen around and a dart popped up on its tip.

"No." I shook my head in disbelief

My dad fired the dart and it landed on a plant. Shortly after, the plant started falling apart.

"Wow."

"Wow!"

"Yes! That is gold." Kelly crossed her arms

"And you can reuse the darts so you know.. It's sustainable. Good for the Earth and all that--"

He immediately trailed off after seeing a familiar woman outside the window. I recognized the lady too.

"Oh no."

"Oh my God."

"Oh no, she's here.." my dad turned to me as I stepped outside the counter

"Oh my God. Why is she here? Why is she here right now?"

"I don't know- no, no, no, no, no, no, no.." my dad started pacing around

"What do you mean?" Kelly asked

"Her- her, Lacey, my ex-girlfriend." he answered

"Oh God, she's coming th--"

"Ray? Audrianna?"

I quickly turned around to see the devil herself.

"Heeeey, Lacey." my dad awkwardly greeted

"Oh my gosh, you're- you're here." I smiled fakely

"Ray and Audrianna Manchester." she smiled widely before holding out her arms and quickly pulling ME into a hug.
