THIRD PERSON POV

Jasper screamed, making the lion below him roar louder as he struggled to climb out of its exhibit.

He groaned "I should lift weights more.."

"You mean, 'ever'?" Danger Girl leaned against the barrier of the enclosure, looking down at him with a smirk.

"Dria! You gotta save me!"

"I know. That's why I'm here. And why I tell people I lift weights ── when I really don't." she chuckled before pulling Jasper up to the surface

The two stared at each other for a little while before the lion cut them off with a roar.

"Shut up, lion." Danger Girl spat out before looking back into Jasper's eyes "I'm in the middle of something here."

They both started leaning into each other.

Jasper jolted awake, breathing heavily from the dream "Oh! Oh, thank God.. it was just a dream.."

"What was just a dream?"

"Lips!" the boy blurted out, flinching once he saw Danger Girl in front of him

"You were dreaming about lips?" she raised an eyebrow at him

"Uh- uh.. giant lips ── not yours.." he stumbled back "They were chasing me down a hall of popcorn ── you weren't there, leave me alone."

"Okay, but.. you got a phone on your face." Danger Girl pointed out

"That's where I put my phone when I'm sleeping, gah!" Jasper exclaimed, panicking as he pressed the elevator button multiple times.

"Where are you going?"

"I gotta make outta here-" he nervously chuckled, making her smirk widen "I-I mean, 'get' outta here- hah.. I'll kiss ya later!"

"Hm?"

"I-I MEAN, I'LL CATCH YOU LATER!" he continued panickedly pressing the elevator button "Where is this elevator??"

"Hiya, Jasper!"

The door finally opened, revealing Captain Man and Kid Danger carrying a cardboard cutout of Danger Girl.

The boy screamed, punching a hole into the cutout.

"What's your beef, stew?" Captain Man scoffed
