Natalia had opened the door and moved out of the way. Jasper waited until he knew his girl wasn't right in front of the door and pushed it open to see her curled up on the floor. In one swift movement, he had closed the door and lifted her up, holding her in his arms. Natalia sighed in content as Jasper held her as close as he could. At some point within their closeness, Jasper had moved them so they were lying on the bed. The boy looked down at Natalia, "Do you need help calming down?" She nodded at him in response. "Do you want my help?" Natalia nodded again, most of her energy leaving her behind. Jasper rested his chin against her head, keeping her close as he let his ability leave him and envelope the girl.

Natalia felt it within moments, the waves of calmness he was sending toward her were helping. They were quick to help her get her breathing under her control and bring her blood pressure down to keep her from fainting. This was the kind of feeling the girl could only find when she was enveloped in the arms of her boy. He didn't even have to use his ability, but something about it made Natalia feel safer.
Jasper let his ability loose until he could hear that her heartbeat had slowed enough to keep her calm before he pulled back on the reigns. The boy sighed in relief as he felt his ability come back to him.

Jasper stayed silent, waiting for Natalia to speak when she wanted to have a conversation. He grew worried after roughly half an hour until he looked down and realised she had fallen asleep.
"I love you, Natalia Lily-Black."
The girl stayed perfectly still, acting as if she really were asleep. Natalia was drifting off, almost completely drowned in sleep until she heard his voice. His words snapped her back to the land of the conscious, but she wouldn't show it. For all everyone in the hotel room knew, for all Jasper Hale knew, she was asleep.

Natalia could feel it was too early again when she woke up, and she knew she was getting the schedule of her days and nights slowly reversed. She laid in the bed and listened to the quiet voices of Alice and Noah in the other room. That they were loud enough for her at all were strange enough. Natalia tried to stay as still as possible because Jasper was laying beside her, his arms gently wrapped around her. She knew he wasn't asleep, but he was getting some sort of rest and that was good enough for her. Half hour had seemed to pass quite quickly, and then her wild thoughts were disturbed by the sweet voice she loved to hear. "Good morning Darlin'..." the girl smiled as she turned around to face Jasper.
"How was your sleep?"
"Good enough to keep me trapped. Have you got enough rest?"
Jasper smiled his lopsided grin, raising his hand to move Natalia's hair from her face. "Alice has had another vision, something has brought James back to the room with the VCR."

Natalia pulled herself from the bed, tying her hair back into a low ponytail again, watching Jasper move around the room until he found the leather bag. The boy pulled out one of his thin sweater vests and one of Natalia's grey long-sleeved t-shirts which Bella must have given him. Both of them got changed before they headed out to the living room where they moved to Noah's and Rosalie's side to have a look at what Alice was working on.
Alice drew a square room with dark beams across the low ceiling. The walls were panelled wood, a little too dark, out of date. The floor had a dark carpet with a pattern in it. There was a large window against the south wall, and an opening through the west wall lead to the living room. One side of that entrance was stone - a large tan stone fireplace that was open to both rooms. The focus of the room for this perspective, the TV and the VCR, balanced on a too-small wooden stand, were in the southwest corner of the room. An aged sectional sofa curved around in front of the TV, a round coffee table in front of it.
Natalia hadn't even realised Bella had come out of her room until her hand appeared above the paper and she whispered, "The phone goes there."
All five pairs of eyes stared at the girl.
"That's my mother's house."

Alice was already off the couch, phone in hand, failing. Natalia stared at the drawing, trying to decipher any memories she had of the house. Uncharacteristically, Jasper moved closer to the Swan girl, moving away from Natalia. He lightly touched his hand to her shoulder, and the physical contact seemed to make his calming influence stronger. The panic stayed dull, unfocused.
Alice's lips were trembling with the speed of her words, the low buzzing impossible to decipher. Bella couldn't bring herself to concentrate.
"Bella," Alice said. The girl looked at her numbly.
"Bella, Edward is coming to get you. He and Emmett and Carlisle are going to take you somewhere, to hide you for a while."
"Edward is coming?" The words were liked a life jacket to the girl, holding her above the flood.
"Yes, he's catching the first flight out of Seattle. We'll meet him at the airport, and you'll leave with him."
"But, my mother...he came here for my mother, Alice!"
Despite Jasper, the hysteria bubbled up in her voice.
