It was just beginning to drizzle when Jasper turned onto Natalia's street. Up until that moment, she had no doubt he would be staying with her while she spent a few interim bourse in the real world. And then she saw the group of shirtless, tanned boys from the reservation standing on her doorstep as well as a fully clothed Jacob Black. That's when she heard Jasper mutter some incoherent words under his breathe, in a low voice.

Leaning away from the rain under the shallow front porch, Jacob Black stood beside the doorframe with Billy in his wheelchair in the threshold. Billy's face was impassive as stone as Jasper parked his Volvo beside the curb making sure to stay well away from the treaty line. Jacob stared down, his expression mortified. Sam Uley's was the same as Billy's - he looked pissed.
Jasper sighed, closing his eyes deep in thought, "This is somewhat crossing the line, on my behalf. Remeber when I said about introducing me to your Uncle, don't worry about that....he already knows me and my family." Jasper seemed to be having a silent conversation with Billy through the rain with a collected composure.

Natalia nodded, unbuckling her seatbelt and sharing a small smile with Jasper, "I'll get them inside so you can leave without a brawl. Be back here at dawn and I'll be ready to leave then." She leant forward to press her lips against his, before opening the door and climbing out of the Volvo. Natalia watched him drive away before turning around to face her Uncle and her cousin as well as Sam and a few unrecognisable kids from the res.

"Can we all go inside before my jeans soak through and I freeze?" Natalia waited for everyone to pour through the front door before following them and shutting the door behind herself. The girl followed everyone through to the kitchen and tilted her head at the hard stares she was receiving.

Billy sighed, silently dismissing everyone but Sam and Jacob. The girl watched as the rest of the boys left through the back door and disappeared behind the trees. The man watched at Natalia took a seat at the table, waiting for him to start whichever lecture he was about to pull from his mind. The one thing she couldn't place was why Sam was made to stay for the conversation.

Jacob barely had any idea of what his father was about to tell his cousin, but there was a mere thought bouncing around his mind. When he watched Billy's face fall, he knew exactly what was going to be said and he couldn't bring himself to stick around and hear it. Jacob chucked his bag down on the kitchen floor near the table and hurried to leave out the back door. He didn't want to hear how they lost a huge part of their family and he certainly didn't want to watch his own cousin break down.

Natalia was starting to get nervous now, she watched Jacob leave and let her gaze flicker to Billy's grim expression, "Whatever is it you need to tell me, it doesn't have to be right now-"
"Yes it does. You need to know all of the history and who you are, Natalia." Billy sighed, his mind reeling - he didn't know how he was supposed to explain her past and the world of the supernatural to his niece.

"You didn't tell me you had gotten extremely close with the Hale boy. Considering what he is and what is family is, you should have told me the moment you found out-"
Natalia couldn't help herself. "You know what they are! Don't you think you should have told me when I came back to Forks?"

"Natalia! I need you to listen to me...it was your mother's wish that I explain this to you when you begin to know things an ordinary girl shouldn't."

Sam leant back against the wall and crossed his arms. Natalia noted how he held himself. Something wasn't right and she knew it - they both did.

"I couldn't care less what my mother's wishes were. She left, along time ago."

"And there is a reason behind that, but I need you to listen and trust me...please, dear."
Natalia hesitatingly nodded, "Okay..."
