My home, District 11.

I am proud to say that is where I'm from.

I would hate to have been born in the Capitol or District 1 or 2. They are all rather mad.

I won my games. I showed everyone who looked down upon me that I was someone, someone to look out for, someone not to be taken advantage of.

Yet, the Capitol had taken advantage of me, but they do that to anyone.

To them, we are a source of entertainment, we aren't real to them. They forget we have feelings, families.. They forget that we're humans too.

Though I don't know if I'd call the citizens of the Capitol humans..Humans don't do the things they do.

The Capitol is the reason for so many deaths, so much suffering.

Here in District 11, we are all family, we hate the Capitol, even the Victors.

I am a victor.

I don't live in the Capitol, which is strange to some. 

I was in the Capitol, until I left.

Now I'm here in my district with my family, which us all that matters.

My siblings and my aunt.

I love them dearly.

I protect them with my whole being.

I could not protect my father.

Or my mother.

Or my sister.
