ONCE AGAIN, SALEAH WAS A BUTTERFLY. Laycey made it very clear that it was important to give the people of the Capitol what they wanted.. Apparently they wanted to see Saleah as a winged creature. Again.
This time though, the butterfly theme was more subtle, the top shaped as a butterfly, and a regular bottom piece. Laycey didn't go all out on this one, apparently, Snow said something about wanting this people to focus more on Saleah instead of the dress.
"It's A bit showy, don't you think?" Saleah bit her lip nervously.
"A bit, but it's not horrible." Laycey shrugged, "Snow wanted you to show more skin."
A huff left Saleah's mouth. Why did Snow care whether she showed skin or not? Saleah didn't have much to show off anyway. She was thin, much like all the other lower class citizens of Panem. Even though she was "rich" now, she didn't eat much. She never had an appetite since the games
"I think you made the top too tight." Saleah adjusted her top.
"Yes, that was purposeful. Snow wanted it to fit a bit tighter at the top, since you don't have much up there he wanted to kind of...how do I say, push them up? I think that's right." Laycey tapped her chin, "He also mentioned the possibility of giving you implants! How absurd! You're too young for that now, maybe when you're about twenty, hmm?"
Saleah did not speak, she couldn't. How could Snow just casually discuss her body like that? Wanting to give her surgeries without her permission?
As Laycey touched up Saleah's makeup and started on her hair, it was silent as Saleah thought.
"All done!" Laycey said, turning Saleah towards the mirror.
Her hair and makeup looked great, as always. Half her hair was clipped back elegantly, while the rest hung down her shoulders.
For makeup, Laycey had used glittery iridescent eyeshadow, and gave Saleah a cat eye, with gems on the ends. Her gloss was a pretty purple color, and it did look great.
The outfit, was showy and Saleah didn't like it, but she could not complain or go against Snow's wishes.
Laycey handed Saleah a silver handbag and they were on there way.

Saleah arrived with her district's escort, Crystal Payne.
As they approached Snow's mansion, A crowd of Capitol citizens greeted her with cheering. As they walked, people reached for Saleah, touching and grabbing.
She let out a deep breath when they finally made it inside.
"The first bit can get a little overwhelming, I know. You'll get used to it though." Crystal explained as she guided Saleah through the home.
