The next day, everyone, minus David had made their way over to the town line, so that Elsa could destroy the wall surrounding them.
"Wow. That is a lot of ice." Anna spoke, staring up at the wall, shocked.
"And, it's time for it to come down." Elsa strutted, confidently toward the wall, raising her hands.
Using her magic, she smiled when the ice began to melt and break away. Soon, enough, they could see the other side of the town line, again.
Smiling, Elsa let her arms drop, proud that she didn't falter once. "Okay." Emma began moving toward the line, skipping a little. "Now, can we go back home?"
Emma ran forward, stopping the red headed woman and her fiancé from crossing it. "Stop! Don't take another step. That's the town line."
"Right. But, I want to leave the town. Didn't I just say that?"
Emma walked toward the red line, looking around the space, carefully. "The wall may be down, but I sense some of Ingrid's magic remains." She raised her hand, pressing the air gently, a small force shooting through as she touched the barrier. "Yeah. Leaving this town has never been simple. And Ingrid, she didn't change things. She wanted to be alone, her with you and me. She wanted to make StoryBrooke her ice castle. And, clearly, she wanted to protect it."
"So, how do we get back home?" Anna asked.
"Walking wouldn't get us there, anyway. We're in a different realm." Elsa explained, leaving the woman more confused.
"We need to find a portal." They looked over to Brooklyn as she spoke, the girl scrunching her face a little. "Or magic beans, or whatever else can take you through realms."
"Okay, now I'm lost."
"Well, then let's get one of those things. We have to hurry."
Elsa took her sister's arm, gently. "No, we don't need to rush, we need to be careful. Arendelle will still be there, while we figure this out."
"It might not." Elsa gave the woman a confused expression, Anna gasping a little as she turned to her fiancé. "Did we forget to tell her?"
"A lot of stuff was going on."
"Tell me what?"
"Arendelle's been conquered. By Hans and his twelve brothers." Elsa turned to her friend, her eyes wide.
"Emma. We need to find a way back. Now."
"We'll do our best."

Brooklyn sat watching the TV, her and her mother having returned home not long ago. Just as she was in the middle of watching her movie, David walked up to her, throwing a book on the couch. Narrowing her eyes, Brooklyn grabbed the book, confused.
"You said you'd start reading it."
"I did, last night."
"I saw you open two pages and then forget about it." Rolling her eyes, the girl paused her movie, before taking a proper hold of the book. David smiled, leaving her to it as he walked back to the staircase.
Mary Margaret was stood there, just putting her son down for a nap as he joined her. "Good parenting."
"I try."
The woman only laughed, looking to their daughter, amazed. "I can't believe how far she's come. Just last night, when I went to go put the laundry away, I saw her writing. On her own." Mary Margaret gave him a bright smile, jumping up and down a little. "I didn't even have to tell her, she just did it. She wrote a whole paragraph on her own, no mistakes."
