Chay's life kind of looks like this for the most part. He spends his mornings with Kim and then the rest of his day either at his companies or at his bakery and doing YouTube. Then, unfortunately, Kim had a meeting that ran into their date time and by the time it was over, date night was essentially cancelled. Sunday was a make-up date until Wednesday night turned into Sunday night as well and of course, Kim would choose that one again.

So that's how Chay's week ended and how the next one started. Chay would go to his companies Monday through Wednesday then he spent the rest of the week going to the bakery, interacting with the customers, replying to YouTube comments, then go home to sometimes share dinner with Kim.

There were a couple of times that a male customer would shamelessly hit on him but Chay would just politely decline their advances. These happen quite often but he doesn't pay much attention. Chay knows that he is attractive. Most days he likes to play into the more cutesy aspects of his charm and on some days he likes to take on a more mature look. It's just how he likes to present himself and doesn't care much for what others have to say about it.

Though Kim doesn't see him much often when he dresses more maturely, Chay will admit that he does get a little giddy inside whenever he notices Kim's eyes lingering on him a lot longer than usual whenever he thinks that Chay isn't paying attention.

Should he let these moments give him hope in their relationship? Probably not but he will because he knows that his P'Kim is still in there somewhere. The one who would hold his hand during their long walks and cuddle with him during their afternoon naps in the backyard of his family estate. The same P'Kim who would feed him ice cream then laugh at him whenever he would get a brain freeze and go running to Takumi complaining that 'Kimu-san was teasing him again.'

Whatever happened to that P'Kim, Chay will never know. After 6 years of fun and the start of a blooming relationship until that summer Kim came after his 14th birthday. And the next 3 years were so different. Suddenly it's 'you're too young' and 'this is kid's play.' Cuddles became just barely allowed to sleep in the same room. Sometimes he would hold Chay's hand but not much beyond that. Then the following year started the indifference that carried on for 2 years up until their wedding. And now look at where they're at.

Chay hates it but he knows that this can't be forever. No one can just change that quickly. Yes, there was a slight gradual shift but it was still too drastic to not be odd.

Chay was suddenly startled from his thoughts by the sound of the doorbell. It was Sunday so Chay decided to take a lazy day after his romantic date night with Kim the previous night.

Technically, it was like any other date night that they had, dinner at an upscale restaurant, but this time Kim bought Chay a bouquet of petunias as a way to apologise for missing their date night the previous weekend and then not making it up to him on Sunday.

They were the prettiest shade of purple. Chay doesn't know very much about flowers but he can admit that they made his night a lot better as Chay could not stop smiling at the gesture.

The doorbell sounded off again and Chay paused his show before getting up from the couch. He knows that it's not Takumi because for one he has a key and he just left for his date with P'Sun an hour ago.

When he opens the door, Chay has to squint his eyes as his eyes are assaulted by the reflections of the red sequined suit in front of him. Once his eyes finally adjust he breaks out into a wide smile seeing one already plastered on the man's face in front of him.

"Khun-san!"

"Shaei-chan!"

Chay is tackled in a big hug that he gladly returns. They stayed in each other's arms for what felt like forever until one of his bodyguards and closest confidant, P'Arm, cleared his throat to get the pair's attention.
