On the day of the opening night, you received multiple messages from Atsumu, your dad, and Ko wishing you good luck. You already knew for sure Atsumu was coming and you knew Ko was planning on it. But with your dad and his refusal to ride airplanes, you weren't sure if he'd make it on time.
As you sat backstage in your shared dressing room with Elora getting ready you took this as your chance to get a second opinion on something. "Elora," you pause putting on your lipstick and turn to the girl who's adding glitter to her eyelids. "Can I tell you something?"
"If it's anything gross about you and Atsumu I don't want to hear it—but if it's something else," she pauses and turns to give you her full attention. "go for it."
You laugh a bit at her comment before you let out a deep sigh. "I think I wanna move back home," you say and you wince at the fact that this was the first time you were acknowledging it out loud. "Have you told Atsumu?" She raises a dark brow at you. You shook your head in response and Elora slowly nodded her head as she replied.
"Well, you said you think, right? So let's just say you do choose to go back, what would you do?" It was a good question and you didn't put much thought into it until that moment. "Work? Go to school maybe," you shrug.
Elora wasn't expecting that response and you could tell by the look on her face. "Well I mean—if that's what you wanna do. I'll support you no matter what," she tells you with a small smile forming on her face. "Thanks, E," you smile back.
As you both turn back to continue your makeup Elora switches the topic of conversation. "In other news," she started with a deep exhale. "Are you excited to perform?" she asks you as she moves on to her lipstick.
"Yeah, I'm nervous though since, Atsumu, my dad, and my brother are coming," you laugh nervously blending your lipstick with the pad of your index finger. The dressing room grew silent for a moment so you thought maybe Elora was concentrating on her makeup.
That was until you caught a glimpse of her staring at you dumbfounded in your mirror. "What?" you asked with a genuine look of confusion on your face as you turned to her.
"You have a brother?"

When it was showtime you'd stood in the left wing and tried your best to scan the audience for three familiar faces. You weren't on yet as people were still arriving so you spent most of your time on the sides warming up or searching for your family.
It wasn't until you looked one last time before you went on did you spotted the three men sitting in the center of the audience. You could just barely see them due to the brightness of the stage lights but at least you knew where to look when you went on stage.
