You feel like you've just seen a ghost when you stare at your brother. The room goes silent after your brief exchange of words. All you can do is inspect everything about his appearance. He looked nearly the same as when he was a teenager. Aside from his grown-out hair, the man in front of you looked exactly like your brother.

Still, you didn't want to believe it was him. Why would it be? Why would he just be showing up right now?

You turn to Atsumu and narrow your eyes on him "Did you know about this?" you question ignoring your dad and Ko. The blond throws up his hands defensively and shakes his head. "No idea, honest," he swears and you believe him.

Hesitantly turn back to face your dad and your brother who both shared similar expressions of worry.

"How about we sit down, eat, and talk," your dad cuts in to mess with the tension of the room. "Okay," you reply not taking your eyes off Ko.

You walk with Atsumu to the dining room and seat yourselves at the round table. "You okay?" he whispers while gently squeezing your hand reassuringly. "I'm fine, I'm just confused," you whisper back just as your dad and brother enter the room with plates of food.

"Here you go Bambi," your brother says placing a plate in front of you and suddenly you're holding your breath.

Bambi was the old nickname he had given you when you were younger. He was the only person to ever call you by it--so it had been so long since you'd heard it. HE\esring the name leaves his mouth is what finally got you to break down.

You immediately cover your face as the tears roll down your face and the sobs escape your mouth. Atsumu is immediately rubbing your back to comfort you and you hear Ko apologize quietly. "I'm sorry I didn't realize that would make you emotional,"

Cautiously you lift your head up to look at your brother and you shake your head as you wipe away any falling tears. "It's not just that Ko," you manage to reply sternly through your shaky voice. "Where have you been?" you ask the man still trying to stop the tears from coming.

He opens his mouth to speak and he stops as he glances at Atsumu and your dad. "Can we talk privately?" he asks you lowering his tone of voice. You didn't say anything back as you stood up from your seat and walked down the hall leading to your room. Just as you had hoped, Ko took the hint to follow behind you.

When you both got to your old room he had shut the door behind him and he fully expected you to start shouting at him with a million questions. But you didn't. You waited for him to start explaining himself.
