and you wonder why i have all of these things in my head
you wonder why i don't trust them
you wonder why i never want to see them
and you wonder why i'm worried about what others think
you wonder why i'm self conscious
you wonder why i'm scared to show them who i really am
and you wonder why i bitch and yell when i'm upset
you wonder why i always bottle it all up
you wonder why i don't know how to cope when i explode
and you wonder why i don't want to share what's hurting inside
you wonder why i don't trust you with the things i feel
you wonder why i don't let you peek in my inner life
and even after all these unsaid explanations, sitting in front of your face
you still wonder why it always ends up this way.
