'Is that all?' The young witch asks. She is young probably in her early twenties, with dark curls and tanned skin. They have  two  piercings, one on their nose and on her lip. She wears a rather  bored look on their face. She leans against the counter, going through Luz's portable camera, noting down the pictures that I had chosen.

'Yeah! All the photos on the camera? Especially the ones with me and her together.' I reply, putting a finger on an image with a slightly younger version of Luz on.

'Are you sure you don't want to use images from a scroll? I'm not entirely sure if we can print out something that comes from a human device?' They hum, tapping their chin.

'Yeah, please. It's kinda important. I really need this for her.' I nod.

She sighs. 'I'll see what I can do.'

'Thank you!' I say.

The witch walks away with the camera, leaving me to examine their stand. She had many displays of photos, mostly fake family photo shoots that were obviously actors pretending to be the perfect family. It's all commercial and solely advertising for profit. I don't know why that bothers me so much. Maybe it's because that was the expectation set out by Odaila; The Blight family is the perfect family. I suppose that's where it all comes to. She never cared about our family. She only cared about the money she was making. Even if that meant wiping everything out in the process. After all it's capitalism; where everyone wins except you. Though I suppose nobody wins when it comes to capitalism. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. The poor people can barely get by and the rich people are sad and alone. Money can't buy you happiness, I Of all people should know that. But having a decent amount of money is good to just get by. I always imagined that I would figure that stuff out with Luz, but that seems unlikely now. But not impossible. She might somehow forgive me. Luz has always been a very forgiving and kindhearted person by nature, so there's a chance she might forgive me. But she was really upset the last time I saw her. But we've worked things out before so we can do it again! I hope.

'Excuse me.' A customer dings on the front desks bell, trying to get the employee's attention. She is blonde, with brown eyes and her hair is up in a ponytail. She wears a skirt and a white polo shirt.'Hello? Anyone there?'

The employee pops their head over the counter. 'Oh! Katie!'

Katie smiles. 'Hello, Melody. How are you?'

Melody chuckles. 'I've been better. Works been a little stressful, You know with the recent demands of stock and taxes.'

'I understand. We live in a corrupt society. But it's better than having Belos controlling us.' Katie replies.

'Very True my friend, very true.' Melody says. 'So how's Uni?'

'Oh it's okay.' Katie shrugs.

'Take it Bella had been pissing you off again?' They ask.

Katie draws out a breath. 'Partly. She has been a nail in my skull for a while now, however she's laid off a bit since she has other things keeping her preoccupied right now.'

'How So?' She asks.

'New student. One that I was assigned to babysit however Isabella took over. Usually I would be mad but it takes a weight off of my shoulders. I do feel bad for the poor girl who is stuck with her.' Katie says.

'What's the new girl like then?' Melody asks.

'She's Alright. Much more tolerable than Isabella. She talks way to much in my opinion but she's rather friendly and doesn't actively go out of her way to be a dickhead to those around her, unlike Isabella.' She says.
