It was a typical Saturday night in the city. The streets were filled with the sounds of bustling traffic and the neon lights of the bars and clubs illuminated the sidewalks. Among the chaos, two young men named Payu and Rain walked hand in hand, lost in their own world.

They had been in a relationship for a year now, and their love for each other only seemed to grow with each passing day. Their families had accepted their relationship and they were happy together. But little did they know, their happiness was about to come crashing down.

As they were walking, a group of guys passed by, hurling homophobic slurs at them. Payu and Rain tried to ignore them, but when one of the guys shoved Rain to the ground, Payu couldn't take it anymore. He stood up for his boyfriend but ended up getting beaten up by the group. Tears streaming down their faces, Payu and Rain stumbled back to their apartment. Payu's face was swollen and covered in bruises, but it was nothing compared to the pain he felt in his heart. Rain, on the other hand, was filled with guilt and regret, blaming himself for what had happened.

As they sat in their living room, Rain couldn't bear to look at Payu's battered face. He knew he was the reason for it and it tore him apart inside. But before he could apologize, Payu spoke up.

"I can't do this anymore, Rain," he said, his voice choked with emotion. "I can't keep putting myself through this. I thought you loved me, but all I feel is pain." Rain's heart shattered at those words. He wanted to hold Payu, to tell him how sorry he was and how much he loved him. But all he could do was watch as Payu packed his bags and walked out of their apartment, leaving Rain alone and broken.

Days turned into weeks, and Rain tried to reach out to Payu but he was met with silence. He saw Payu with someone else, and he knew that he had lost him forever.
The pain in his chest was all-consuming, and he couldn't bear to live without Payu.

One fateful night, Rain reached his breaking point. He found Payu's number and called him, begging for forgiveness. But Payu's words were like knives stabbing him in the heart.

"JUST FUCKEN STAY AWAY FROM ME," Rain could hear the anger and hurt in Payu's voice.

"WHY, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS, I NEED YOU, PLEASE," Rain pleaded, tears streaming down his face.

"JUST DON'T, YOU DON'T NEED ME, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE," Payu's words were filled with pain and resentment.

And with those words, their love shattered into a million pieces. Rain was left alone, haunted by the memories of what could have been. He realized that love wasn't enough to overcome the harsh reality of the world they lived in.

From that day on, Payu and Rain went their separate ways, their love story ending in tragedy. They both carried the scars of that night, both physically and emotionally. And no amount of time could heal the wounds that were left behind.

Months passed, and Rain tried to move on with his life. He threw himself into his work, his friends, and everything else that could distract him from the pain of losing Payu. But no matter how hard he tried, the memories of their love and their heartbreak haunted him every day.

Meanwhile, Payu found solace in his friends and family. He tried to bury his feelings for Rain deep down inside, telling himself that it was all for the best. But deep down, he couldn't deny that a part of him still longed for the love he once shared with Rain.

One day, out of the blue, Rain received a message from Payu. It was a simple "Hey", but it sent a rush of emotions through Rain's body. He didn't know what to say or how to respond. After a few moments of hesitation, Rain gathered up the courage to reply.

They started talking again, tentatively at first, but then slowly opening up to each other once more. They shared their regrets, their pain, and their longing for each other. And through those conversations, they both realized that despite everything that had happened, their love for each other had never truly died.

One evening, Rain decided to take a chance and asked Payu to meet him. To his surprise, Payu agreed. They met at a quiet café, surrounded by the soft glow of the sunset. As they sat across from each other, the air was heavy with unspoken words and unresolved feelings.

Finally, Rain spoke up. "I'm sorry, Payu. I'm sorry for everything that happened. I regret the words I said and the pain I caused you. I miss you, and I want to try to make things right."

Payu looked into Rain's eyes, and for a moment, it felt like time stood still. "I miss you too, Rain. I can't deny that I still love you." Tears filled their eyes as they reached across the table to hold each other's hands.

And in that moment, they both knew that their love was stronger than any pain or heartbreak. They were two halves of a whole, destined to be together despite the obstacles that stood in their way.

As they walked out of the café, hand in hand once more, Payu and Rain knew that their love story was far from over. They had been through hell and back, but they were determined to fight for their love and create a future together, no matter what challenges lay ahead. And as they looked up at the sky, the stars seemed to shine a little brighter, as if celebrating their reunion and the enduring power of their love.
