Jungkook's pov:

"So you smoke?" I was startled by the sudden voice. I turned around only to see jimin standing there with his arms folded in front of his chest.

"Yeah! Sometimes, when i feel low." I stated the truth. Well nowadays I always feel low.

"Just for you to know...... I don't kiss guys who smoke" He said making me choke on nothing. I looked at him with wide eyes, isn't he too straight forward for a guy.

"Just kidding" He laughed at my reaction. After some time when he stopped I couldn't stop myself from asking.

"You gay?"

"You got to know? Shit!" I could hear sarcasm dripping in his voice. Of course the way he was acting with me before was clear enough.

"Oh" I didn't know what to reply to that.

"Wanna dine out?"

"Huh?"

"I mean I can't go back inside, so if you want we can get to know each other. And I am damn hungry so why not.." He looked at me with puppy eyes as if requesting me to accompany him.

"But isn't it your best friend's family party, you can just go and eat inside." I muttered avoiding his beautiful eyes.

"I can, but actually Mrs. Kim kinda threw me out" He shrugged. Isn't he too honest with a guy he just met?

"But-"

"I know you would be curious to know the reason. So long story short, Mrs. Kim always used to hate me and the reason was that I am not of their class. And today too I am wearing not so classy clothes and she didn't wanted people making fun of them" He completed.

"So that's why you are here...." He hummed in response.

"Now can we go?"

"Definitely! Let me bring you to our top class restaurant" I signed him to lead the way to parking lot.

"Restaurant? No! Can't we do it simple. You are a big man. They might recognize you there"

"So where do you want to go?" I asked opening the car door for him. Once he was seated I walked around to sit on the driver's seat.

"Any street stall or diner probably"

"Actually jimin I have never gone to shop like these so.." I mean it's true. From my childhood I have been living a lavish life. My dad is a business man after all.

"What? Really? Like you have never eaten street food too!?" He seemed to be shocked by the news.

"Yeah! You can say that. I mean I have eaten those foods just not street made"

"So you have missed a lot of things, i see"
He had a smile on his face. I started the engine and drove out of the mansion.

"So where to?"

"Umm... You can take me to my apartment. I am sure there would be some street food or local." He told me directions to his apartment. It took us total of an half hour to reach in front of his apartment. I parked the car in the corner of the street.

"So this is where you're gonna stay?"

"Yes! On the second floor. It's beautiful though." He said with excitement.

"I would love to visit someday"

"Sure, you are invited. Now I am damn hungry, let's go fast to search for some delicious food" He said almost running towards a turn. I followed him with fast steps, not wanting to lose this running chick.

"Jungkook!" Jimin shouted from a distance, his smile so bright that it is the only thing visible due to the distance.

"I saw a stall there. Come fast!" He said signing me with hands to walk faster. So i did. Once I reached him, he took my hand and walked towards the stall.

"You are a sloth" He commented

"I am not. You are just a little excited or should I say very much excited..."

"That's cause I am hungry. I want food asap"

Once we reached the stall he went to order and I sat down on one of the benches in front of the stall.

"They have so many delicious things" Jimin came back with 2 plates in his hand and a man behind him, who also had dishes in his hand.
Once everything was settled on the table jimim thanked the waiter and sat beside me.

"So would you like to tell me the names of these dishes." I stated breaking his intense eye contact with food. He seems to love food dearly. His eyes are shining with stars in them looking at the food.

"Okay! So this one is twigim, some fried stuff. But it tasted delicious. And this is tteokkkochi. This is goguma seutik and there is Bundaeggi and Hotba. And finally these are gamjahatdogeu and ojingeo twigim, my favorite!" He said pointing at dishes one by one.

"Damn! This much food? Are you sure we will finish it?" I asked looking uncertainly at him. But he looked confident.

"Of course! Come taste this" We started eating after praying. As I took the first bite, my soul left my body. It's delicious! It's not like I haven't eaten or seen things like these. But the taste...it's different and good!

"So how it is?" He asked with curious eyes, mouth filled with food.

"Delicious" I said shortly and eating again.

It didn't take us much time to finish it all.

"It was good" Jimin said looking too full. He is a messy eater. The sauces are smeared on his face. I bet he probably would be feeling heat of the chillies around his lips.

"Definitely" I took a tissue and leaned towards his side. I raised my hand to clean his face but was stopped midway by his hand holding mine. We stared at each other for a few seconds....five to be exact,before he spoke.

"Thank you for being concern, but I can do it myself" He pushed me back a little before cleaning his face with the tissue.

"Surely" I can feel he doesn't want to get close with me. And that should be the case. His best friend is going to marry me after all.

"You go to the car, i will pay the bill and come." He stood up walking towards the stall owner.

"I can pay-" I tried.

"Go jungkook!"

Though he told me to go but i choose to stay and wait for him. It would be nice to walk together after a dinner.

"Oh- you are still here?"

"Was waiting for you. Thought we could have a little walk before going back." I said following him.

"And why do you think I would like to go on a walk with you?"

"You just had dinner with me. Then what is the problem with a walk."

"That was because I was hungry. Don't take anything personally Mr. Jeon." He started walking more fast now.
