It was a night I couldn't forget. His fingers intertwined with mine. Our breathing, a choir. We were finally one.

Hoseok is in a deep shit and he can't do anything about it.

They were having their final practice late this afternoon when he lost his footing, stumbled, and mistakenly grumbled about his worsening sprain. He told them he's okay, but the team were not convinced. And because of that, he's here, in the medical ward in their company, thinking of nothing but any way to escape. It's not that they are holding him at gunpoint but it's difficult to go without explaining to anyone why, because it's hard not to tell any truth or half of it. It's his personality. He can hide things only if he is not asked about it. So, wrecking his mind to avoid that is head splitting. However, no matter what idea comes up, it becomes annoyingly impossible to do with Yoongi closely monitoring him.

"You should be mad at yourself not me."

It seems his hyung mistakes the glint of frustration on his face as anger. No matter, he only sighs and leans back on his chair to calm down. If one has a warden like Min Yoongi, there is no way out.

"Why were you ignoring your injury? And why were you dancing at the middle of the night by the way?" Yoongi grumpily says.

"It's what I do..." He grumbles.

"When you're frustrated on something." Yoongi supplies, nodding.

Hoseok shouldn't have been taken aback by Yoongi's accurate observation, but he is. Truly, he knows him better than he knows himself. If it's music and creating beats for the older, then it's dancing for him. It's the way they clear their heads, pumping out the chaos through the language they know best.

"And now, you seemingly want to go somewhere rather than here. Is it me? Are you still frustrated with me?"

He bites his lips. His recent behavior hasn't slipped his mind yet. But it's the thing of the past. It always is. One moment they argue, then laugh it off the next. They're brothers after all. One way or another, they always reconcile. However, now, it's nothing to do with that. How can he tell his hyung that he can't stay late here? Because staying is losing the opportunity to be with her. He treats this date a once in a lifetime opportunity... a deal breaker. He is desperate!

He frowns as he looks at his wristwatch for the nth time. He definitely just lost the opportunity. Maybe he's not desperate enough.

"Where do you want to go?" Yoongi curiously asks. "As far as I know, we are instructed to rest for tonight before we meet tomorrow for the dress rehearsals and some recording."

He remains quiet.

"You don't realize that you're affecting all of us with that?" Yoongi points at his bandaged foot, continuously scolding. "We feel your pain too, you know."
