"Unleashed Combat Power, 78%." A voice beep in your earpiece as you run and jump around the street of Shibuya, where there were few Kaijus spotted. You glance on your side when you saw a creature pounce on you when you weren't looking, swinging your polearm and it immediately pierced through its flesh and going through its core, killing it in an instant.

"Kaiju Alert! Kaiju Alert!"

The alarm blared loudly across the Shibuya, warning the civilians and asking them to evacuate immediately towards the nearest shelter. There were other soldiers that guides them and helped them when they saw some Yojus running towards the citizens.

Eyes squinting as gust of dust blew past your figure, you crossed your arms over your face as you thrusted your polearm on the ground so you won't be sweep away by the turbulent gust. You could hear chaos ensuing around you, citizens screaming and the roar of the monsters that surrounds the city. This was nothing what you had anticipated, usually there would be only one Kaiju or Honju be spotted in an area, and some Yoju would sprout out of the ground.

But this time, there are three Honju that is seem to be found in the Shibuya district. It wasn't a rare case but it is unusual. Since it would be either one Honju being accompanied by Yoju or just pure Yoju.

"Why become a soldier if you're not planning of becoming a commander?" Ah, there it goes again. His annoying cold voice in your head. You scoff as you gripped your pole arm tightly, putting a finger on your earpiece. "Okonogi, what's the visual?" You couldn't see properly because of the dust that surrounds you, the only thing you can do is use your hearing but all you can hear is the sound of th guns being fired, grunts of the soldiers that got injured, and occasional roars and groans of the monsters.

"There's a crab-type Honju that is near you, [Name]-san. Approximately four kilometers away." You could hear her meek voice over the earpiece as well as the typing noises on the background. "It has a fortitude level of.. what's this... 6.9?!" You couldn't help but to let out an amuse chuckle at the information while Okonogi and the other staffs at the operation room was panicking as they read the Kaiju scan because usually a Honju would just have a fortitude level of 6.0 and above, and when it exceeds over 6.4, only a Platoon army or the Captain and Vice Captain could neutralise them.

"Any update on Captain Ashiro and Vice Captain Hoshina?" You follow Okonogi's instructions on where you could locate the Honju, you could hear crashing sounds as you are getting closer. "Vice Captain Hoshina is currently engaged on the other Honju, while Captain Ashiro is preparing to go to her sniping sight." Okonogi's breathe waver a little, it was obvious that she was nervous as her fingers continuously tap on her keyboard. The fortitude level that was detected on the other two Honju was below than the fortitude level of the Honju that you'll be going against.

You finally arrive where the Honju was located, and it was such a sight to behold, it was over four meters tall, and it sure does looks like a crab, and there were six members of the Japanese Anti-Kaiju Defence Force that is trying to neutralise the giant crab.

"Everyone, move back!" Your voice echoed across the street as the members immediately do as told when they saw that the Honju was preparing for an attack. Smashing its claws for an arm on the ground making a shockwave that makes anyone in its perimeter to be blown away. Sharp breeze blow past you, the wind on your skin was painful but bearable since there was lot of energy that was put into that attack.

There was also a loud ringing noise that followed the shockwave, making everyone to cover their ears as they also braced themselves for them not to fly away because of the whipping wind that tries to knock everyone off their feet.

"I'll handle this." Swinging your polearm around. You grip the pole arm near the center, flicking your wrist to start a smooth, clockwise spin as the blade then pointed on the ground. "Get him to the medicsz immediately." Pointing at the injured man that is leaning on the wall. One of the soldiers approach him and carry him on their back.
