The boy tears up for an entirely different reason right now, which makes the man chuckle.
“Is this real?” Yuu-chan asks in a small voice. “Because I love you so much, Toru. And I can't—” He gasps and looks at him dubiously. “Why are you bigger suddenly?” His wife mutters accusingly and sniffles.
“Because Yuuji is extremely cute right now~ How am I not supposed to react if you confess to me like this? Also, I want to make love to my wife.” He admits, clasping their other hands together too. “I will have sex with Yuu-chan leisurely and tenderly, hm? I will give you all the love that you deserve.” Satoru kisses the boy's neck, feeling Yuuji's body tremble under the touch, tightening around him again.

Yuuji wakes up, tingling all over his body. He had never experienced such a weird sensation before. Also, his chest and abdomen feel oddly sore. Then he realizes that Satoru is sleeping in his arms, so the boy smiles endearingly.
Toru loves him back.
He should have brought the issue up earlier. He wouldn't have to go through all this anxiety and pain. Yuuji sighs and gently strokes his husband's back. At least they managed to confess their feelings, which finally brought them on the same page.
It's amazing. It's far more than the boy ever expected to have. After his grandpa died, he thought that he was going to be alone now. Yet he gained a husband, friends, family… Yuuji is so grateful for it all. He still can't believe that their fake marriage became real over time.

“Yes. But please, slowly and gently.” The boy whispers and closes his eyes. “My body is all tingly and sore now.” He takes a deep breath.
Satoru is moving inside him again, and Yuuji mewls, shivering violently while curling his toes and scratching his husband's back with his nails. Something in his abdomen settles down, and he needs a moment to just remember how to breathe.
“Shit, Yuuji. I can't do anything if you are reacting like that.” The white-haired man chuckles, and the boy moans at the vibrations. “It's extremely hot, but it also looks painful.
