I had to add a little note here because I need to say THANK YOU to everyone for reading! I was just looking over stats on Wattpad and AO3 and Daisy has become my highest viewed story and I'm so glad everyone has enjoyed it as much as I've loved writing.

I've never written with the hopes of reaching the masses, it's always been something for me that I love sharing and hearing your lovely comments, but seeing that there are 1000+ active readers, that there are nearly 100 readers/day--it's just a little mind boggling.

I'm so glad I've found my little corner of fanfiction, and that people are enjoying my stories, so cheers to all of you for taking time to read and interact! It always makes my day to read your comments or likes on chapters, so thank you for making my days happier for those who have been around for years AND those who have only just discovered my stories.

Simon was leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest as he looked at the man cuffed to the table. He was one of their main suspects, the one who'd called them monsters.

He seemed much less interested in speaking that morning.

The team worked through the prisoners the night before, but they only got one answer; they didn't know anything. Price said not to push, to just scrape the surface to get them nervous; the real questioning would happen back at their base.

But the three they'd identified as being in charge were a different story.

Soap was leaning over the table and glaring at the man menacingly. "You give us something or you're going to regret it."

Simon was ready to pull the words from his mouth rather than sitting and wasting more time.

But everything in his mind went quiet when the sound of an explosion echoed toward them.

"What the hell?" Gaz barked.

Before they could say anything, there was another—close enough to shake the walls.
