~~~~~~~~~~~~~"Hell."
That's what Vivianne thought of the place she was brought into. She's never had too many problems socialising, but that was because she was in her old school before. A school where she knew everyone. Now, she knew no one. No one.
"Hello!"
Vivianne snapped out of her thoughts and turned to her left to find a girl looking at her.
The girl was wearing a light blue dress and had beautiful dark curls. She was one of the most beautiful people Vivianne's ever seen.
"Oh, hello!" Vivianne said and made a small and quick bow.
"Why did I bow? This is so stupid!" She thought to herself.
"Oh! No need to bow. My name is Diana Barry." The girl reached out her hand and smiled.
"Sorry! My name is Vivianne, Vivianne Carter."Vivianne reached out her hand as well and shook it.
Diana slightly gasped.
"Viviane? Êtes-vous français?" She asked.
("Vivianne? Are you French?")"Sorry?" Vivianne asked in confusion.
Diana laughed.
"My apologies. I figured you were French, because of your name."
"Oh no, I wish. My name isn't spelled with one n, you know, how the French spell it. My parents decided to go a 'creative' way and use two n's." Vivianne joked.
Diana laughed, smiling widely. Vivianne was surprised to see that even her laugh was beautiful, which she found herself quite jealous of.
"Well it's a beautiful name regardless. Even if it's two n's."
"I'm glad!" Vivianne laughed along.
The girls laughed and Vivianne was instantly feeling better and almost safe, knowing that she got a possibility of having at least one good friend there.
"You must be new!" Diana smiled widely.
"Oh, yes, I am."
"And do you know the new boy?" Diana pointed behind Vivianne, to her brother's figure.
Vivianne turned her head around and glanced at her brother, who was talking with some older girls. Some would even say, flirting.
She rolled her eyes and looked back at Diana.
"Yes. Quite unfortunate that is. Can't seem to believe I'm related to that skunk."
"Skunk?" Diana slightly furrowed her eyebrows. It seemed she was a bit surprised by the use of name Vivianne used to describe her brother.
"Oh, nevermind. Just a name I call him to annoy him."
"I see." Diana said and nodded, her smile dropping.
She looked around her and leaned a bit nearer to Vivianne.
"I call my little sister a monkey sometimes." Diana almost whispered, smiling proudly.
