Alexis's POV:"I don't want to go!" I yell, dramatically collapsing on my bed.
"Lex, stop. Don't be like this, you have to go." Carly tell me, standing in my doorway.
"I don't have to." I pout.
"Yes, you do. Get up." She moves towards me and grabs my legs until I'm being pulled off of my bed.
"Okay, okay! You're gonna make me fall off!" I yell.
"We have to be there in 15 minutes, hurry!" She tells me, leaving my bedroom and heading to her own room, I'm guessing to finish getting ready.
Tonight the team is invited to some sort of house party for the athletes. I don't want to go, but apparently I have to.
Even worse, we have to pregame at Jenna's apartment upstairs.
Finally, I drag myself out of bed and shuffle to my closet to find something decent to wear.
I change in to a brown and cream flannel button down and some brown pants, and slip on some white sneakers.
"Lex, you ready?" Carly yells from the living room
"Yeah, coming!" I tell her.
We make our way to the elevator and up to Jenna, Cheyenne, and Jades apartment.
Walking in, the girls apartment is already loud. Probably from Bianca and Xolani. The girls are scattered around the living room, some lounging on the couch, others rifling through the fridge for drinks. Music plays in the background, and I recognize it to be from Jade's rap playlist.
I stand in the doorway with Carly, and immediately my eyes are drawn to Jenna.
'Oh my fucking god, you've got to be kidding me' I groan internally.
She's standing by the kitchen counter, pouring shots with a grin on her face. Her hair falls in loose waves around her shoulders, and she's wearing this tight, black top that clings to her in all the right places, paired with some sort of cargo pants that show off her athletic build. She looks insanely beautiful.
