Next day, Bela wakes-up early, gets ready quick and prepares to leave half an hour early than her usual time for work. As she looks her appartement door, she gets a call, its her Director, she answers it. The Director says, "Hello, Bela. Rivaan has just put a new weird request, he wants everyone who's working on this project to do a WFH till the end of this project. He says its more efficient for the employees and would like to have a session on more details in about 2 hours. If you're on your way to office, please stay back. Update me on the details he discuss with you in the meet later.", Bela answers, "Oh! strange, but its fine by me. I was almost leaving, I'll make things ready for the meet, whenever it is, will update you. Have a good day." and then the call ends.
Bela is extra happy listening to the new update, this client request is new, she's never seen something like this before, she thinks to herself, "so, thats exactly how he's making that huge profits. I kind of like his idea. I got an hour before my work starts, let me read my long-left novel in the mean-time..." and she changes into casuals as she lays on her sofa.
*In the meeting*
Rivaan starts the call, addresses everyone. They discuss the details of project and expected first draft demo. After 30 minutes of project discussions, Rivaan shares a new slide, it reads, 'The new work routines', everyone in the team seems amazed. He continues, "So, team, I know this is going to be something new, its something we'll follow from now, till the end of this project. Starting today, all of the members involved in this project would do WFH(work from home). The login hours remain same, however if you task for the day is achieved, you are free to log-off early. Plus, after every release, we'd go on a team outing, it could be lunch, dinner, drinks night anything. All the expenses are on us. We just want the best from you and don't want you to stress. At the end of the project we'd host a special party, post the demos and relases, that'll be huge! Please feel free to take any sick or wellness leaves. All we need from you is efficiency, you do it your way, we're here to offer full support. Any questions?", someone from the team says, "Sir, you're the best! This is soo cool. Thank you." while someone else say, "Its so thoughtful of you Rivaan, we'll do our best" meanwhile others are reacting, 'heart', 'clapping' emojis.

Rivaan pauses for sometime and asks, "all good Miss. Bela", "Yes, Yes. Everything's fine. Thanks for this Mister. Rivaan." answers Bela as she realizes that yesterday while she was reprimanded by her director, Rivaan must have over-heard it and that must be why he is making these changes. She thinks to herself, "Am I being too delusional or is the real reason behind all this is me. Aagh, must not be. Why would he? Lets just use these as long as we can and lets give them the best. This must be how they earned soo many profits. Yeah, it must be that."
The team indeed works more efficiently, everyone gives their 100 percent in all the tasks. The first release is done, and the whole team is excited for their first team outing, even more excited because its a drinks night at a five star suites bar. The demos are done and its the weekend. Everyone in the team is already discussing what they'd wear, when they'd leave. Bela is also all sorted and excited, she plans to wear her red long dress, she bought for valentines, which she never got to wear because of the break-up. She thought to herself, "Yes, I am finally moving on. This is it. Lifes getting better."
