"I am SO DONE with this! Why do we need to learn all this shit??" Hongjoong complains, burying his face into seonghwa's shoulder. Mingi, who is sitting across the table cringes at the couple's interaction. He's still waiting for Yunho to join them after class since they'd agreed to meet up and study chemistry, then go to the academy together afterwards.

Exam season marked the peak of students' stress levels as they rushed to pack all their tuition and extra classes into the tight schedules, leaving them with barely any time to rest. Though being part of a study group has made it so much easier to get through the busy and tiring days.

Mingi decides to put jongho's song aside so he can focus on his school work first. Whenever he felt overwhelmed, he would activate his playlist, which now consisted songs from both his own and Yunho's playlist. The mutual sharing of music helped to calm him down when he was anxious, and motivate him when he was unproductive.

"Mingi, 7 o'clock!" Hongjoong whispers loudly. Mingi twists his head in the right direction and sees Yunho walking towards them. He hurriedly hides his face in his textbook, pretending to be hard at work.

"Hi, sorry I took so long. What did I miss?" Yunho takes a seat next to mingi dropping his heavy books onto the table with a thud.

"Not much, we're barely getting through this," hongjoong reassures.

"Hi mingi," Yunho says when mingi doesn't look up at him. Hongjoong snickers at the awkward silence, sending mingi into panic mode because his face is growing hot, sweat beginning to bead from his forehead. He manages to let out a shaky "hi", then tries to compose himself with deep breaths.

Get a hold of yourself, song mingi. You have no reason to panic.

The group makes it through as many chapters as they can until hongjoong is seconds away from crying.

"Let's take a break. Joong, go wash your face, and eat something if you can." Mingi reminds him, he always makes sure his friends have their meals on time. Once hongjoong and seonghwa leave the table and it's just him and Yunho, mingi says: "you too, yunho-ya. You look so tired..."

Before mingi can continue, Yunho's head falls onto the table, his folded arms softening the impact as his eyes shut almost immediately. Poor boy, must've been so exhausted. Mingi hates seeing his friends like this.

He tilts his head to get a better look at Yunho's facial features. How could one be so perfect? Yunho looks like a sleeping prince, and he's sleeping so soundly that mingi could never have the heart to wake him up. Then, like his mind and body disconnected for a moment, he picks up his phone to snap a picture of sleeping Yunho. It doesn't hit him, what he has done, but when Yunho makes a low whine in his sleep, mingi realises how perverted of him it is, to be taking pictures of someone sleeping without permission. He's about to delete the photo when a text notification from his mom distracts him.

Hongjoong and seonghwa return with sandwiches and soda to keep themselves awake. They encourage mingi to grab a bite as well, promising to look after Yunho when he's gone. He hesitates for a bit, but the grumble of his stomach betrays him and off he goes to the nearest vending machine. He buys two hot sandwiches, one for himself and one for Yunho, and two bottles of banana milk to wash it down.
Yunho is still passed out when he comes back, so mingi gently places the food next to his books.

The couple agree to visit mingi's family restaurant after academy class, so he informs his mom of their decision. He would wait for Yunho to wake up to ask him if he wanted to tag along. However, after 15 minutes, it's time to head to the academy, and mingi has no choice but to wake him up.
