Their hands are interlocked as Yunho pins mingi to the door of the bathroom stall, locking their lips in a sensual, captivating kiss. It takes a whole lot of strength to hold back the sounds of pleasure that are sitting at the back of their throats, threatening to spill out. Their bodies are pressed against each other, Yunho's leg slides between mingi's, and they take turns tilting their heads in opposite directions as the kiss intensifies. The moment they hear someone walk into the bathroom, their swollen lips disconnect, leaving a string of saliva between them. Mingi can barely open his eyes from the amount of pleasure he's feeling. His lips quiver as they wait for the bathroom to go quiet again. Then they continue.
This happens every other day; making out in the school bathroom whenever either one of them felt stressed from exams. Mingi had no idea kissing was a stress reliever, but when he did, he found himself craving Yunho's lips much more often, just to take his mind off things. They're lucky to not have been caught yet.
Making out this often has also given them the opportunity to explore each other's bodies and preferences. The way Yunho shivers when mingi places his hands behind his neck, or the way mingi rubs himself against Yunho's leg. Though they don't go any further than kissing, it gives mingi a hundred more things to dream about in his bed at night. And when they cannot meet up, like during the weekend, their chat box fills with lovey dovey messages and voice recordings.
Mingi is so happy, so is Yunho. Their relationship puts them in a good mood everyday, motivating them to study for the exams, as well as do their best for every paper. The sooner the exams are over, the sooner they can spend time together.
The moment the last paper is over, they throw themselves into each other's arms, every other student is too excited to go home to even notice them.
"I can't wait to go on dates with youu," mingi hums, feeling Yunho's warm hand splayed across his lower back.
"Me too. Actually, I have something for you." Yunho reaches into his bag and pulls out a small metal container. He removes the lid, revealing two yellow paper rings sitting on the inside. "It's a gift for completing exams, anddd for being my boyfriend." Yunho slides one ring onto mingi's finger before putting the other one on his own, smiling at his handmade creation.
Mingi wants to bawl his eyes out. He loves Yunho so so much, but he didn't prepare a gift for him. He apologises: "I...don't have a gift for you. I'm sorry."
"Hey. Have you forgotten what I said that day? If you say sorry, I'll kiss you."
"Hmm, then kiss me." Mingi says daringly, pouting his lips and waiting for Yunho. Then he remembers that they're still in Yunho's classroom. "Maybe later, on the bus."
They meet up with hongjoong and seonghwa at the bus stop outside school and hug them, congratulating one another for completing the exams. "Good luck with Yunho's parents. Text me how it goes okay?" Hongjoong whispers to mingi before they separate.
And just like that, they get on the bus that drives to Yunho's house. Yunho lets mingi sit at the window seat so that he can see where they're going better. During the journey, he tells mingi a bit more about his family.
"I think I told you before, that my mom is wheelchair-bound. She had gotten into a car accident shortly after Christmas Day, and the doctors believed that she could walk again, which she did, with crutches for a while. But then complications rose in mid January, where she completely lost the feeling in her legs. She had no choice but to use a wheelchair to move around."
"I'm sor- um that must've been tough. She's a very brave person for going through all that. How about your dad?"
"He's alright, physically. But his relationship with my mom has been strained since the accident. I think both of them feel guilty, my mom for getting hurt and making us have to take care of her, and my dad for not protecting her from accidents like this. I've tried talking to them, but it's not up to me to decide what they should feel or should not feel." Yunho says with a sigh.
