13th December xxxx, 7pm.
Dear diary, it's winter break now. I can't believe the year is almost ending, so much has happened, and there have been so many changes, both good and bad. Tonight, yunho is taking me on a date. We're gonna watch the Geminids meteor shower together for the first time!! He says he has a surprise for me, so I'm really excited!
Looking back at all things I've managed to achieve this year thanks to yunho, I just feel like crying. I got all As for my recent exams, made two new songs, won the school talent show with him, and became a 'popular' student. I'm not kidding, kids at school gave me gifts on pepero day >3<
We're also planning on making a music video. The school has offered to help us with that, so no worries. Another good news is that I'm getting better at basketball. Yunho and I play often after school when we don't have academy class, and I win almost every round! I think he's going easy on me, I'll spank him if I find out he is. I know he likes it when I'm rough woof woof.
We still haven't made our relationship public. It honestly doesn't bother me that much because I like sneaking around with him. The downside is that so many girls have a crush on him and some even ask him out! Maybe I should learn from joongie, kiss Yunho in front of everyone haha.
'Kay, he's calling me noww
Fix off.
"Hello?" Mingi answers his phone.
"Princess, I'm waiting outside your house. Are you dressed?" Yunho says on the other end.
Mingi shoots up from his desk chair, panicking because he's wearing nothing but underwear and a towel round his neck. "Uh...uh, I- was just about to-"
"Okay I'm going in."
"WAI-"
The call ends and soon, mingi's grandmother invites Yunho into the house, patting him on the back and offering him some food. He talks with her for a bit, before peeping into mingi's room, where he's struggling to get his second pair of pants on.
"You...need some help?"
"Noo!! I got it," mingi replies, pulling up the zipper. He runs past Yunho to the bathroom to tidy up his hair. When he returns, he finds Yunho taking selfies on his bed. "Hey what are you doing?"
"Nothing." Yunho says innocently.
"I saw youu, don't worry about it. I take selfies on your bed all the time, sometimes when you're in shower, I take some spicy ones."
Yunho's instantly standing in front of mingi. "Show me."
"Nope, you gotta work for it. Let's go now, I'm ready."
They grab their camping stuff, say goodbye to mingi's grandmother, and are out the door. Mingi's about to pull out his bikes from the back storage when yunho drags him down the sidewalk. "Close your eyes," he says, leading mingi by the hand. They take a few more steps before he tells mingi to open his eyes.
The sight before him takes mingi aback. "Wait why- how- what- who- where-?"
"There's something I've been keeping from you for a while now." Yunho begins, and mingi is holding his breath.
"I got my driver's license."
