Inside

I froze. I had heard stories of Notch's castle, but now- it looked empty. I looked around the group, confused. The castle was dark and deserted. Cobwebs grew around the front gates, threatening to swallow us up.

We approached the gates. Cracked, iron gates swung wildly is the wind, nearly on the verge of collapsing. Hacking through the cobwebs, we slowly walked toward the front doors. They were huge dark oak doors with hinges, giving off a spooky feel.

Hesitantly, we pulled open the doors, and creeped inside. We could hear water dripping from the ceiling, as Steve placed torches down. As the room was lit up, bones could be seen, scattered across the floor. Was this the right place?

I gestured for the group to follow me, and we tip toes up the creaky spiral staircase. When we reached the top, we were horrified to find a trail. Of blood. It was hard to tell in the dark, but the blood looked fresh. I winced, preparing for the worst.

Nearing the end of the dark hall, I could see a faint white light coming toward me. Not turning around, panic began to creep to my troat, and my wings tensed.
