Catch Flights Not Feelings

Two

I just got off my plane and through passport control and finally found my bag. I'm on my phone and look up, I see my sister talking to someone. I run towards her and jump onto her. "Woah, you can be careful you know" she says. "Sorry Taylor I'm just so excited to be here!" I say
I look to the girl on my left and she's smiling at me, I seemed to recognise her but I couldn't remember from where. "Tay can you watch my bag the flight was pretty long and I need the toilet" I say. "Okay" she says. "I'll go with you" the girl next to Taylor says, "okay" I say, we walk in silence to the bathroom we get there and I use it. I go out of the cubicle and wash my hands. "So why you in England for?" She asks. "Why you wanna know?" I ask her. "Just wondering, what a cute girl like you is doing here" she says
"How do you know I don't have a girl or boy waiting for me?" I ask
"Well do you?" She asks
"No" I say
"Good" she says and comes closer to me. "Is it alright  if I kiss you" she says
"Don't usually say yes in these situations" I say
"Well, what about this once," she asks
"Okay, yeah" I say. She kisses me. I pull away and walk away, I find myself next to Taylor. Leah walks back out and sees someone she knows and she talks to them as she approaches me and Taylor. "See you round vice" I tell her. "Vice?" She questions
"It'll all make sense" I tell her

I leave with Taylor. "Right what the fuck happened between you and that girl?" She asks
"That girl is Leah Williamson for your info and she plays for arsenal and we kissed" I say
"OH MY GOD, you haven't been in the country 5 seconds and you've already found a girl, I've been here for a solid 3 years and found no one" she says
"Sorry Tay, guess you didn't get the cute genes" I tell her
"I'm a PT and do modelling in my free time" she says
"Sorry" I say
She laughs and drives me to her apartment where I was staying.

Leah POV

"Hey you good?" Beth asks me as her and Viv come towards me. "You look like you've been blushing" Viv says. "Were you in a flight with that girl?" I ask and point towards the exit, "le that flight was massive, I don't know" Beth says.
"Okay, anyway how was your holiday?" I ask as we walk towards my car, "it was so good, we discovered LA" viv says.
"We had picnics under the stars and made out" Beth says. "Right no need to make me feel even more single" I state
"I don't know are you single? You seem like your crushing" Viv says
"Alright, okay. I kissed a girl in the bathroom whilst I was waiting for you and then she said 'see you round vice' what does that mean?" I say
"No clue, did you catch her name?" Beth asks
"No" I say
"Of course" Beth says laughing

I drop Beth and Viv off at theirs and make my way home.

The next morning I get up and head to training. I pull up and most people's cars were here. I get into the changing rooms and Kyra says "yes!"
"What's up Kyra?" I ask, the three Aussies were huddled round Caitlin's phones I look over her shoulder and see a statement. "Who's joining"" I ask
"Erm only one of my closest friends. Indiana Rhodes" Kyra says
Beth walks in and she says "guys Leah kissed someone in the airport bathroom yesterday, and she is crushing extremely hard"
"Thanks Beth" I say.
Everyone starts asking questions and then Kim says "by the way Jonas isn't coaching us today! We've got a new player joining so he's at the emirates"

We all train and then go into the dining room.

Indiana pov

I sign the contract and Jonas takes me to the training centre. He shows me around and then he says "the girls will all be in the dining room you ready!" He asks
"Yeah" I say
We walk in and all the girls stare at Leah as she spits her water out, I laugh and Jonas says "seriously Leah?"
"Sorry" she says whilst all the girls laugh.
I let out a laugh. "This is our new signing Indiana Rhodes, please make her feel welcome" he says, "thanks" I say. I sit down next to Kyra and Leah was opposite me. "Why were you laughing so much?" A blonde asks Leah.
"Sorry I'm Beth" she says to me, "nice to meet you" I say
"Anyway Leah care to explain?" Beth says
Kyra kept poking me. "Kyra man! Stop bloody poking me" I say loudly at her making the room fall into laughter
"Sorry" she says. "Oh my god stop being a baby, Kyra you're a year older than me. Act like it" I say to her
"I wanna be someone's baby" she says
"Geez ky, please can you not be all sobby just because someone broke your heart. A year ago, may I add" I state
"You in a relationship?" She asks me
"Don't be stupid ky, I don't do relationships" I say
"Taylor called me and said you kissed someone yesterday" she says
"Shit your bathroom girl!" Beth says loudly making everyone turn to me. "Huh?" I ask
"Did you get off your flight yesterday" Beth asks. I see Leah shaking her head, "no I got off like two days ago" I say
"Don't lie" Kyra says.
"Don't be a pest Kyra, I'll tell your mum you got drunk in the middle of the field when you were 15" I say and she stays silent.
I laugh and then turn back to Beth and Leah now in a heated argument.
