I get to training with a long sleeved top on in 26 degree weather, it kinda felt warm. Kyra jumps on me "hey what's up?" She asks me. "Nothing" I say. I walk into the changing room and everyone seems to realise I'm not hyper like usual. "You Good?" Beth asks me and I nod my head. I grab my phone and message Kacie.

Hey Kacie, hope your doing okay x

She replies,

Yeah thank you, I'm doing great :) your bro just came round trying to trick me into the fact I had apparently agreed to take him to McDonald's. I hadn't by the way, but we ended up going. Kinda fun, he's a lot like you :)

I reply

I hope he's doing okay, I know he had messaged me and I hadn't picked it up, tell him I'm sorry :). How's your sister?

She replies

Good, she's missing you tho x

I reply
Tell her I'm sorry, I'll be coming home if I get a call up x

I look up and see the girls staring at me. "Who were you messaging?"  Beth asks.
"A girlfriend?" Caitlin then ask
"No it was just Kacie" I say
"She a?" Katie asks
"She's my best friend, we went to school together basically lived at each others, her family are mine, and my family are hers" I say
"Why you wearing a long sleeved shirt it's so hot" Beth says
"Not for me, I'm Australian" I say
"And I've lived in America the past three years" I add
The girls all leave and I sit down, "you good!" Kyra asks and I nod my head. "I just need to have some water, I feel a bit lightheaded" I say
She nods and walks out.
I take a sip of water and walk out. The girls were already training, Jonas comes towards me. "We don't tolerate lateness Indiana. If this happens again you won't play" he says
"I'm sorry" I say

"Good you need to be! Anymore lateness and you won't only just not play you will be forced to watch your teammates play" he adds
"Okay" I say and run off. The girls all look at me differently, I shake it off and do some training.

The training finishes and I go inside, I go to the toilet and hear the girls all chatting. "Anyone else think what Jonas said to indie was weird?" Steph says.
"Yeah he never does that for Kyra when she's late" Kim says
"Maybe it'd because she's new?" Beth suggests
"Jonas would be nice" Alessia says
"He's changing, just gotta accept it" Viv says
I go back into the changing rooms. I sit down and lift my shirt up slightly. I see blood dripping slightly. "Where's the medical room?" I ask
"I'll show you" Leah says.

We walk along to the room and the medic says "how can I help you?"
"Erm my arms bleeding" I say
"Can we take a look?" She  asks
I pull up my sleeve, the tattoo was no longer there. I woke up at like 2am last night and just kept rubbing it until I rubbed it so much skin started coming off making it bleed.

"I must of knocked it in training or something" I say
Jonas walks in "great so now you're injured!" He states
"No im just getting my arm sorted out. I knocked it at training and now it's bleeding that's all" I say
He walks out sighing and my arms finished, we walk into the dining room and Caitlin whispers in my ear "did you hurt yourself?"
"No" I say back

I walk to where I sat the previous day, next to Kyra and leah opposite, Jonas walks in. "Is your arm okay Miss Rhodes?" He asks. "How do you know I'm not married?" I ask
"Well I'm aware, because it would say on your records" he says
"My records for soccer, why would you know anything about my personal information unless I told you" I say
"I hate to break it to you, but it's not soccer" he says in an Australian accent. "It's football, because you kick the ball with a foot. Something you seem to struggle with." He adds. "Soccer" he says again mocking my accent. "Isn't relevant in the uk okay" he says.
I look down to my hands and I say "okay"
"Once again it's not okay" he says mocking my accent. "It's O-Kay" he says
"Sorry didn't know you were so perfect" I say
"Ah aha ha, we don't talk back" he says.
