Indiana Rhodes is one of the best footballers for the Matilda's, she was playing for Angel City in the US when she got a surprise offer from the WSL. Getting of the aeroplane she didn't expect to meet her love, she only expected to meet her sister.
Leah flew back yesterday, she's probably still travelling. She told me she would message me once she landed. Me and Kyra both had the call up, luckily for us we only had a short drive to get to camp. We go there a day early, we get filmed as we arrive. We see Tony stood at the entrance and he smiles at us, "hello girls. Welcome back" he says. "Hey Tony" I say "Hi" Kyra says "Rooms for this camp. Everyone gets their own room, Kyra your in room 19 and Indiana your in room 16" he says I smile and he says "are you two doing okay?" "Yeah" I say "I know about your best friend unfortunately passing away, I'm really sorry for the both of you. Anything i can help with, you know where I am." He says. We smile and get in the lift.
We go to our rooms and unpack. I get a FaceTime call, from Leah. I answer it "hey" I say "Hi" she says, "you sound tired" I tell her. "I am, Beth just dropped me off home" she says "You should go to bed le" I tell her "I still wanted to talk to you, to make sure you're okay. And to stick to my promise" she says I smile and say "well so far I'm okay, I know I'll probably dip. But me and Kyra are the only ones at camp. It's kinda daunting" "And thank you" I add She smiles and asks "who do you play first?" "China, I think" I say "You?" I ask "We play... shit who do we play?"she asks I laugh and say "isn't it Sweden?" "Yes! How do you know?" She asks me "Beth was talking about it at some point" I say "Then why ask if you already knew!" She asks "Because I wanted to" I say Kyra walks in "hey wanna go for a coffee?" She ask "Yeah, just give me a couple mins"i say "Okay" she says and walks out. "Have fun" Leah says to me. "I don't have to go" I say "She's your mate, spend time with her" Leah says "And so are you" I say "I'm in a different country, trust me once you get back here there's no way I'm letting you go until after a long hug" she says I laugh and say "so affectionate Williamson" "That's Me" she says proudly I chuckle and Kyra walks back in, "hurry up!" She shouts "Kyra man stop being so needy!" I complain "Who you talking too?" She asks I show her my phone and Leah waves. "Oh your girlfriend?" She asks. "She's not my girlfriend" I state "Okay well I'm gonna go, catch up on some sleep. See you both, Kyra please don't piss her off" she says and ends the call.
I laugh and we walk to a local coffee shop. As per usual me and Kyra don't get coffees and instead go for the smoothies. I post a photo to my insta.

We finish up and take a walk along the beach "your blind" shs says "What do you mean?" I ask "Like with Leah, she is falling in love with you. And your adamant your just friends" she says "Kyra we are just friends" I state "No you aren't, she proper likes you. She calls you before she goes to bed for fuck sake. Ask Caitlin and Steph tomorrow" she says "Okay" I say We get to camp and we do a light session.
The next morning was mad, we go down to breakfast and everyone arrived through the night. I sit next to Caitlin, with Steph opposite her and Kyra opposite me. "Right can I settle a debate that me and Kyra were having yesterday?" I ask them "Go on" Steph say# "Ky is convinced Leah likes me, but I don't see it" I say and they both laugh. "What?" I ask "She's basically in love with you, the moment you leave the room she goes all sad and gloomy." Caitlin says "Beth even said that when she picked her up she told her to hurry up so she could call you quicker" Steph says "Oh shit" I say "Oh shit exactly" Caitlin says Kyra sits there with a smirk. I kick her shin from underneath and she makes a very loud scream.
