•~°~°•...•°~°~•Hera Asteria Potter, The Queen of Narnia
She was more than a name in the annals of history. Hera Asteria Potter was a beacon of courage and a warrior with a sword forged by trials.
A Queen crowned not by marriage, but by merit.
In the Golden Age of Narnia, she stood as one of the Queens of Old—a leader who rose against the tides of war, bore the weight of countless battles, and endured the harshest of trials. Hera was not crowned because she wed a king.
She was crowned because she deserved it.
This story ends with a girl once overlooked, underestimated, and ridiculed—who grew into a brave woman wielding a sword with purpose. It tells of a boy, raised in the cold halls of a lonely castle, groomed for slaughter, who became a king destined to unite Narnia and Telmar under one banner.
When Hera chose to remain in Narnia, she spent two years wandering its lands, while Caspian returned to govern his kingdom. But when they reunited, their wedding became the grandest celebration Narnia had ever witnessed. For three days and three nights, the kingdom rejoiced, the stars above mirroring the joy of their people.
Caspian's reign ushered in a peace long yearned for, and with Hera beside him, Narnia flourished. Merchants crossed distant lands to trade in its thriving markets, and the Narnians, once hesitant in the shadow of the Telmarines, found courage when their Queen sat proudly upon the throne.
Eight years into their union, the kingdom was blessed with a prince. The birth of their first son sparked celebrations across the Kingdom, rejoicing not only for their future king but for the health and strength of their beloved Queen.
They named him Reagan Hades.
Prince Reagan bore the auburn hair and sharp irises of his father. Yet his lips and the gentle curve of his eyes belonged to his mother. The people called him The Exalted One, for they saw in him the promise of a prosperous future.
Five years later, the castle welcomed another prince—Rilian Aries. This second son inherited Hera's dark locks and eyes as blue and piercing as his late grandmother, Queen Alira of Archenland.
Nineteen Years Later
"Look, Mama! Shells!"
Hera smiled at the sound of her youngest's voice.
"I can see that!" she giggled, watching her sons race along the shoreline. Her emerald eyes softened as she observed Reagan, carefully, guiding his younger brother, always protective, always patient.
"Hadey! Too many! There! There!" Rilian squealed, tugging his elder brother farther down the beach.
"Don't stray too far," a familiar voice warned behind her. Hera's smile deepened as strong arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her into a warm embrace.
"Are you tired?" Caspian asked, resting his chin on her shoulder.
"I feel wonderful," Hera sighed, melting into him. "The boys aren't troublesome enough to wear me down."
