"hi there are you buck?" i ask as i walk over to a man with a red mark on his forehead. "yep! you must be tk's daughter opal." yep, la is going to be great, and maybe if i'm lucky, i'll find my siblings.
"hey buck, did you know i was actually born in LA!" i say sorta loud enough for my dads to hear. "wow no way! i was in Hershey"
TIME SKIP 3 DAYS
CARLOS POV ever since we got here opal has been running off somewhere, so today i decided to follow her,
when i found her i saw her walking into an alley so i got out and started walking towards the ally when i heard "Someone is coming you guys have to hide." opals voice, who was she with? without hesitation i sprinted into the alley to see opal trying to hide 2 toddlers

"D-Dad!" opal trips while trying and failing to hide them behind a dumpster "opal who are those?" she is about to try and play dumb "And don't play dumb opal" she opens her mouth then closes it " they... they're my siblings."

"i've been trying to find them a home because i had to leave them here when i ran away, i couldn't bring two babies with me. so i left Forest and Hazel here with my friend, i know it sounds bad but i was trying to find us a home."
"why don't we take them with us back to Texas?" i blurt out without thinking

"would you?" she sounds worried "well i mean we would have to talk to tk but i'm ok with it, why don't we take them to the hotel and talk to tk?"
so we all load up into the car and opal is holding on very tightly to Forest and Hazel.
when we arrive i see her grip loosen a little. i open the door for them and she walks into the hotel, holding both their hands.
when we walk into the hotel room tk comes to great us but stops when he sees the twins
"Hey babe, who are those?" tk points at the twins
"those are opals younger siblings Forest and Hazel and we were wondering, if we could bring them back to texas with us?"
tk looked stunned. then...
"OF COURSE WE CAN! i've always wanted a big family and opal deserves to have some kind of family with her." tk says walking over to the twins. "hi you guys, i'm tk but you call call me dad, that's carlos and you can call him daddy or papa." the twins hide behind opal, she bends down and talks to them in Spanish.
"Hola, ustedes pueden confiar en ellos, me han estado cuidando desde hace un tiempo, ¡son mis papás y ahora serán sus papás!"
i was shocked, i didn't know she could speak Spanish.
"you wanna go and wash the twins up before we go out and buy them some new clothes?" i lean over to opal who was still kneeling on the floor "sure! come on shimmer and shine let's get you washed up!"

we got to target and opal was super excited to get her siblings stuff. we ended up getting a lot of clothes and toys. we're one big happy family!

It's been a week and we are currently in the airport waiting to go home, the twins are scared to fly though. i feel bad.
opal is sound asleep on tks arm while tk was on his phone and i was reading.
i was surprised to feel a pair of little hands tugging on my pant leg, i look down to see Hazel With tears stinging her eyes "what's wrong mija?" i put my book down
"i cant sleep, forest is asleep and so is opal and dada is on his phone, daddy can you snuggle me?"
i look up to see tk smiling at me, i lift Hazel up and settle her beside me, "night night daddy" and just like that she falls asleep.
ON THE PLANE ✈️ 3rd person pov
*random karen to tk while carlos is in the bathroom*
"you have such beautiful children sir!" she points to the twins
opal walks over to him "dad do you what do you think of these for room ideas?"

"oh you have 3 kids?" she says happily
"yes i do, this is forest, Hazel, And Ophelia!" tk points to the twins then opal
"you and your wife must be so happy"
cue Carlos walking back from the bathroom
"hey opal could you watch the twins for a bit? i'm just going to run to the restroom." tk says getting up for carlos and setting the twins down on the seat,
"dad i'm going to the bathroom too." opal runs to the washroom as tk goes to the other bathroom. while they are in the bathroom Hazel Starts trying to get out of her seat.
"Ah-Ah-Ah! come here" carlos says as he picks up hazel, "your not running off from your seat"
the karen yells. "HEY! GET YOUR HANDS OFF THAT MANS BABY!" as a woman comes running back "my goodness is everything ok?" she asks the karen "yes this man is trying to tak your babies!" the karen rips hazel out of carlos' arms "HEY! LET GO OF HER!" at this point flight attendants and opal of all people have come the seats, opal pushes past everyone "hey, hey, HEY!" that gets everyone's attention, she looks at carlos, "dad what is going on?" the karen looks bewildered.
"Dad?" she stutters out. "yes this man is my dad, now hand me my little sister, also lady you messed with the wrong family cause he is a cop and that's kidnapping soooo."
(i just thought that would be funny)
They got back to texas and got an uber home.
CARLOS POV
"Ah home at last" opal said flopping down on the couch. Forest Running in after her and Hazel asleep on my shoulder. "we should set up a room for them in the spare room, opal wanna watch them?" opal shot up. "any day!"
