THIRTEEN

Both of us looked at each other as our names got declared together. Soobin greeted me with his warm smile, enough to make me feel better.

But what I noticed in addition was Yeonjun's irresistible gaze at both of us.. Huh.. Who cares anyways?

He is surely a peculiar guy..

After school, I headed to my locker. Fixing up it, I rearranged the books and other things.

As soon as I closed the locker's door, I found a familiar guy leaning on the side of the locker, waiting to catch my attention on him.

A smile made it's way to my lips as I spoke,

"Oh, so we are paired up, right? "

He replied nodding his head, while his dimples managed to display in front of me... Aw I really like them..

"There is not really peaceful in my place, so do you mind completing the assignment in your house? "

He spoke in his timid tone and I responsed while walking forward along with him,

"Oh, no problem. There's nobody in my house .. Hehe"

So we decided to do the assignment at my place since he said it so.

"See you at 7:00 pm"- I said in a happy tone.

" Certainly "- he added a chuckle with his answer.

I sent the address to Soobin and then, we departed for our own houses.

It was already about 7 and I came out from shower, dressing my most comfortable outfit, waiting for Soobin to arrive.

Why isn't he coming yet?.. Jeez.. I hate waiting.. Has he already forgot about it?.. Huh that can't be. He must be on his way, I guess.

And just then, the knocks on the door  were heard...

I jumped off from my couch and opened the door and saw my expected view of Soobin standing there with some books and papers in his handbag.

I welcomed him inside and closed the door.

" Woah, you truly are brave.. You live here all alone? "- he spoke while eying everywhere of my house.

" Hehe..but it doesn't mean that I'm brave or something. "-I muttered which were enough for him to hear.

" No way.. You see, the house is so near from the forest areas plus it isn't in a dense neighborhood either. "

I just kept my smile on or I can say blushing on. Why am I blushing? Aish.. Holy crap..

Soobin chuckled and then asked,

"Where's your room? We can start our assignment there.. "

Hearing him, I instructed him to my room upstairs and then, we started for the 'assignment'..

An hour passed and it felt like forever cause the works weren't finishing..

Being tired, I stretched out my arms and yawned which made my one eye leave a small tear drop.

Soobin took his eyesight at me from his notebook and giggled softly. Shifting his eyes to his notebook again, he splited,

"Wanna take a  break? "

I nodded lazily and immediately lied down on the bed.

"Hey!it's just 8 pm, you can't sleep now!"--he spoke while getting up from his seat, holding my one arm, pulling it.

" I'm not sleeping! Just taking rest.. "- I spoke while whining.

" I knew that something like this is gonna happen.. So I prepared a thing. Wanna see? "-- Soobin said leaving my arm and reaching out for his bag.

Lifting my head up, I peeked at him and saw him pulling something out from his bag.

I sat up to see what it was and when I recognize the thing, my mood brightened up.

" Woah! Is that Play station 5?"

He gave me a positive nod and spoke,

"I have two with me "

I exclaimed, "Thank you so much, Soobin! I really wanted to try it! "

And then, we connected the PS5 with my TV and started to play..

"It's not fair! You're too good in it!" - I said while throwing the PS5 off my hand away, losing the game for the 6th time.

"It's not my fault, okay? "- he said jokingly while stopping his laughter.

I crossed my arms against my chest and pouted, "I'm done! "

He laughed playfully and said, "Okay, let's get back to the works, eh? "

I nodded cause there wasn't any other option that I could choose.

We were done with the assignment finally at 10:30 pm. Soobin prepared his bag and went down stairs.

I opened the door for him and he spoke stepping out,

"Thanks, Ji-hae.. I must caused you troubles.. "

I replied frowning my eyebrows,

"Not at all! I had so fun with you! Come again~"

In response,he greeted me with his smile which I really love to see and soon departed from my eyesight.

Closing the door, I leaned on it.

Aww.. He's such a wonderful guy.. All guys must try to be like him.. He's just... Aishhh...

When I crawled on my bed with a view to sleeping, the thoughts about my grandfather again accompanied me.

Well, if I'm not wrong, my grandfather always carried a pen which can record. It was a spycam in order to making the best use of it when it is needed..

That pen used to be put on one of his table's pen holder if I'm not wrong..

Yes! That's it! I can try to find that pen on there! It must have the recordings of the time of my grandfather passing out.

I exitedly got up and called my father to talk about this...

After making the call, I felt very disappointed to hear, there was no pen in my grandfather's table during the police investigation...

It's strange... Only our closest family members knew about the pen..

Did someone remove it?!..
