THIRTY-NINE

A groan left my mouth as I hastily tore off another paper from my notebook, full of annoyance. Gosh, this school studies are nothing but pain in the ass.

Like man, how do the normal humans deal with this shit?

Irritating.

I closed my books and notebooks, already giving up on these. A sigh emitted from my mouth as I leaned on my chair, resting my back on it while my eyes  were on the open window.

It's dark, darker than the usual evenings.

And then, I don't know why but the next thing or I can say the next person who came to my mind was, Ji-hae.

That girl.

She's litterly...to be honest, I've met a plenty of girls but she... She really hits kinda different.

Not too much girly, not too much bold. Most of the time, she's stubborn. Never wants to to get defeated by anyone.

I like it.

Wait, what's this?

Realizing the things I've been thinking, I moved my head to the left and right , trying to jerk off those wild thoughts.

Something is wrong with me.

Wait, she has my T-shirt. Why don't I go and get it?...

Getting up from my chair with a real speed, I got myself out of my house, with a view to going to her house.

I'm not really sure but I'm kinda exited. Why? Is it that I'm getting my favorite T-shirt back from her or.. Is it just I can meet her?...

Hell, I'm going insane.

I laughed at my own behavior as I kept walking past the houses and the lanes. The evening seemed pretty dark and it felt like walking through woods at midnight.

The roads weren't busy at all, only a few headlights of some cars were flashing, scattered. When they disappeared, the darkness consumed the atmosphere once again.

By the time when I was just a few steps away from Ji-hae's house, something odd ,really odd caught my sight, making me stop at my place and refraining from stepping further.

The fuck.

It was some guys...Some guys dressed in black were in front of her house, gathering. Their bodies along with their faces were covered up, not exposing a little bit of skin more then the eyes part.

And then I noticed Ji-hae, lying on the ground,in front of her front door. Her eyes which always carried sparks of different expressions ,were currently closed , full blank. Her body was still, not any movements . She has passed out? What did they do?!

I hurriedly got myself hid behind a tree , keeping an eye on their deeds. It won't be the best idea to come out and put up a fight with those men right now, would it?

What is happening?

Then, the guys carried her motionless body up inside the car which was parked right in her house's parking plot.

And with that, the wheeled metallic vehicle started to move with a couple of beep sounds and was getting far, far away.

The striking pain right on the back side of my head helped me slowly get back to my senses. It is hurting still the same.
