Lillian //
The front door slammed shut and Luke and I both jumped in surprise. Luke put me on my feet and we waited at the bottom of the steps for Ashton.
I heard whimpers from a girl (who had a very strong heartbeat) and my throat swelled. Luke held my hand more tightly and he brought me back to reality.
"Show Lillian how to get the chains ready for her victim! This one's a feisty one! I'll keep her up here til you're ready." Ashton yelled from the living room.
Luke pulled on my hand and we walked into a part of the basement I had yet to see. The walls were stained red and in one corner there was a small cage. The other corner was filled with metal chains.
"I know this is scary, but this is where your prisoner will be staying. The cage will become her bed and the chains will keep her in place until she submits and allows you to drink from her freely." Luke lectured, "I don't keep a prisoner, I have hundreds of years of experience of how to kill in public eye. Here no one will ever find the victim or find witness of your murders."
I simply nodded. Luke moved towards the wall. He made sure four cuffs were attached to the wall and in a teacher instructing voice told me that we would start with full restraints so that there would be no struggle.
"Ashton, bring the girl in!"
Ashton came down the stairs, a red haired girl in his arms.
Ashton grinned, "This is Grace. Apparently she's nineteen like you. I wanted to get a girl around your age so you wouldn't feel as awkward around her, compared to a thirty year old man. You're her new boss."
Luke motioned for me to grab the struggling girl. As Ashton threw her to the ground, I pinned her to the wall. Luke attached the cuffs to her arms and legs as she cried. My red eyes softened.
"I know it's hard but you gotta block her cries out and follow your instinct. I don't care if you drink a small drop of her blood or if you drink her dry." Ashton threw his arms up in exclamation.
I moved to her neck, ignoring her cries and whimpers. Instinct took over. I wasn't very thirsty after drinking from the cup and when I pulled away she was still almost fully conscious.
Ashton chuckled, "That's it?" I only shrugged. "Go ahead and show her that you own her."
He handed me something that almost looked like a dog collar. Luke murmured that it held a tracker inside of it and that it healed my bite marks.
Still cuffed to the wall, Grace shook in fear. I knew that I couldn't show weakness so I firmly attached the choker to her neck. Luke said that I couldn't have an emotional connection to girl or else bad things would happen.
My so called teacher for the day, Ashton, continued, "Unchain her and command her to go to her cage. Don't touch her unless she needs to be punished."
I moved to pull the chains off of her and raised my voice, "Go." Grace's shoulders slumped as she shuffled to the cage and curled up inside. I couldn't help but feel bad for how torn her dress was and how sad her eyes looked.
I moved to look at Ashton, "Can I at least give her a blanket?" He rolled his eyes and Luke threw me a blanket.
"Of course, you need to build a bond. As she obeys more, the cage will only become a bed. She'll be like a personal assistant with blood drinking benefits."
Grabbing the blanket, I moved to Grace and pulled it over her small trembling body. I closed the cage door.
"I'll take care of you as long as you behave. I would hate to punish you." I whispered.
Ashton clapped his hands and Luke winked.
"End of lesson one."
