A/N: There's a conversation I've wanted to have for a while, and I'm surprised it didn't come up. When I stepped away from wattpad, I heard about the hype for the show Wednesday, then learned Percy was gonna be in it. I was stoked, liked his role in the show, and hated the shipping that started too early. As in as soon as there was any promotional material and details before, there was a trailer for that show. Then I heard about the allegations and stayed informed. I am planning on replacing him as a face claim if things were proven true. However, when someone proved that the timeline for the accusations didn't make sense, showed the photos in context, and proved how horrible these accusers are, I realized I shouldn't change a damn thing. And that the shippers of two couples on Wednesday jumped on the bandwagon very happily. And that the rumors, garbage, was staying alive because of clout chasing garbage. And that Jenna Ortega is the target of too many clout chasers and obsessed fans.
And I say this as a Percy fan, and someone who has been stupid about shipping himself.
Now, have a good day. And if you want a civil discussion or disagreement with me, that's fine. And if you just want to cling to the lies and say I'm supporting a monster, I'm have my own crude responses that I'll keep to myself.Sorry about the quality of this. I'm back to writing oneshots on long bus rides. Work stuff.
There was a passion of Andreas had when he was young. One half of Fenris loved to fence. He was apparently a prodigy before he was the freedom fighter and fugitive. He didn't like to make a show of it. He just wanted to do it.
Decades later, as a birthday present to him Andrea gave him a ceremonial sword. When she passed and he couldn't use Fenris, he kept it with him.
He wanted adjustments made on it but changed his mind. He wanted his to carry over a piece of her but changed his mind. Even if it meant channeling the full fenris power through something else. He felt like it was replacing her.
The Hellfire Club was in possession of the sword before Reeva took over. One of the former leaders wanted it as a historical item. Reeva wanted it passed down to me. They want me to take lessons, fencing, swordsmanship. I can just imagine the Frosts watching me practice. Sophie and her snark if I make a mistake or lose my posture. I don't know if I'll get the hang of it..
Or be some sort of Swordmaster. It's a bit dated. Then Sage brought up how some of the X-Men were familiar with using these things. I'm still on the fence. It's a weapon of the inner circle, I'm a member of it. I can't convince Lauren, and I don't want to use her.
