Lorna you don't need to remind me when to go to bed. I know when I need to sleep and when I'm needed and this is one of those moments. I'll stay up for as long as it takes to help you out Lorna and alert anyone one if it happens. There might be complications and you need someone to run and get the doctors attention.
I'll share some crappy ideas for baby names and if nothing happens and your okay then I will go to bed. But I'm willing to stay up all night without a second of sleep for the only family I'll have here. I'll most likely get rest the next day passing out for a few hours. I known when it'll be too much for me and I need to rest.
