Now they look exactly identical, comfortable and like they're in total control. They're back to being what they used to be before two of them were shipped off to Trask. Most likely the only shared whatever pain, relief or emoticons that might make them seem vulnerable to themselves. But am I the only one thinking about thr pain and the resentment they've been hiding under the surface?
Me and Lauren were actually better off when they were at Trask. They were experimented on, separated and linked. Who knows how much of her sister's agony Esme could sense? How much scars both physical and mental have they expertly concealed? Like me are they forced to reflect to one of their worst life experiences?
Whatever Campbell did must have messed them up and really hurt them. I can picture that lunatic having them examined, injected, threatened and putting them through hell.
Are they victims just like us just having a pristine exterior to hide behind? Are we the same? All I know that we have in common for sure is pain.
