Caitlin couldn't help but looked at the young woman, who just entered the VIP room with a very shock expression. So... she is Elmer De Leon's daughter, the heir of De Leon Corporation.

Daughter in-law. The word keeps ringing in her head, as she couldn't take her eyes off from her.

Bea remembered her, not her face but her name. She was the girl who helped Jhoanna the other day when she was not feeling well in the campus. She couldn't see her face properly that day because first, she was worried about Jhoanna and only put all her attention on her. Secondly, her face was held low for the whole time when she saw her that day.

So... she is the daughter of the new secretary that Nico told them. Taking a clearer and closer look at her today, what Nico said was right. She was indeed beautiful, different kind of beautiful compared to Jhoanna. Her hair is short and straight, fell down her beautiful face, a delicately peculiar nose and perfectly red lips, obviously natural and not coloured with lipstick. Her eyes are as big as Jhoanna but there were some unknown emotions that make her gaze looked gentle and soft.

Forcing herself to regain her composure, she averted her eyes as she turned to Billy Viray and let out a smile. "Good Evening, Beatriz De Leon, or you can call me Bea. Nice to meet you." she bowed politely at him before she reached out to shake his hand. "I'm very sorry to keep Secretary Viray waiting. The traffic was very bad today."

Billy Viray smiled as her eyes were scanning the young woman from top to toe. Perfect is the only word he could use to describe Bea. Before she came here, she has already done a thorough background check on her and knows how outstanding this young woman is. Her academic results since primary school till now was impressively good. Although she just finished her final exams and hasn't graduate yet, but since two years ago, she has already helping her father in her business and was prepared to take over the crown anytime soon. With the high status of De Leon Corporation in the Philippines and Asia, it could definitely strengthen his position as the new secretary if they could maintain a good relationship with each other.

"Don't worry about it. We just arrived not too long ago." Billy let out a satisfactory smile before looking at Elmer. "Mr. De Leon, I really envy you. Look at your daughter. Both of you have raised her very well."

Elmer and Dette laughed, feeling proud and pleased.

"She still needs a lot of guidance from you. Please take good care of her." Elmer said.

"Of course." Billy laughed too. "Bea is definitely a good example of the young generation now and the hope for our country."

"Secretary Viray is too polite. Bea still has a lot to learn." Dette said as she turned to Caitlin and gave her hand a soft squeeze. "If you ask me, I would prefer to have a daughter like Caitlin."

All three of them laughed as Caitlin's already flushed cheeks turned a deep shade of red at Dette's compliment. She held her gaze low, taking a deep inhales of breath, trying very hard to calm her trembling heart.

"Don't stand there, Bea. Take a seat." Billy said to Bea as he pointed at the empty seat at the table.

Bea nodded as she walked to the other side and sat down beside her father and right in front of Caitlin. She took a brief glance at her before she grabbed the glass in front of her and took a small sip.

Although her parents didn't mention anything to her but she knows what is the reason for tonight's dinner. As what she knows, De Leon Corporation has just bought a land and was planning for a new project that could make a big profit if it is successful. And Billy Viray, the new Secretary of Construction and Transportation is the key to this project. He is the one who has the authority to approve or decline the whole thing. Therefore, it is very important to have a good relationship with Secretary Billy to gain his full support. Besides this project, it will also bring them a lot of advantages in the future.
