Hey guys! Yes, I'm alive-sorry for not updating earlier.

I've been really occupied with my academics. I even have college on Sundays and barely get any time to write.

So, from now on, I've decided to set targets so I can find some time to write.

If you all complete the target, I will surely update every week. It's okay if you don't. I will still update the chapter when I have time, but it may take more than a week.

Aarav's pov:

"Nikhil, gather every worker who works for us in one hour

"Nikhil, gather every worker who works for us in one hour. I want to talk to them" Aarav said decisively.

"Okay, sir" Nikhil nodded and left to carry out his boss's order.

"Arjun, get the file I told you to prepare" Aarav instructed his friend.

They all reached Malhotra Industries' workplace. Aarav's dad and uncle were also there, along with his brother Adithya.

All the workers seemed panicked and a bit nervous, seeing their employers gathered. They wondered why their boss wanted to talk to them. Were they going to be fired? Everyone knew how Aarav could be-he never hesitated to remove anyone from his path if they made a mistake. No one knew the reason for this meeting except Mr. Aarav Malhotra himself.

Soon, every employee was assembled at Malhotra Industries. Aarav stood at the front alongside his father, uncle, and brother, Adithya.

Taking the mike, Aarav addressed the gathered crowd.

"Hello, everyone. Please, take a seat," he began, his voice calm and reassuring. "I understand you're all wondering why I've called this meeting. Before anything else, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you."

He paused, his expression softening with sincerity. "Everything we've achieved at Malhotra Industries is because of your hard work and dedication. You are the backbone of this company."

A murmur of surprise and curiosity rippled through the audience. Aarav continued, his tone steady and determined.

"Recently, someone close to me taught me that if we have enough money , we should support others' dreams and recognize the importance of gratitude—acknowledging those who contribute to our success.
That's why, starting today, Malhotra Industries will cover all expenses for your children's education and healthcare. No employee should worry about putting food on the table or paying for their children's future. We are here to support you, so that your children can pursue their dreams without financial burden."

He spoke with conviction, placing a hand over his heart.

Aarav's mention of someone close to his heart didn't go unnoticed by anyone. Arjun, Adi, and Nikhil already knew who had captured Aarav's heart.

His father and uncle exchanged knowing glances, wondering who the person might be. One thing was clear: lately, Aarav had become more expressive, a change they welcomed. They were grateful to the person responsible for this transformation in their son.
