As i entered the house, dadi came to me and said, "Yashvi, Sidharth ne teri mom ko phone karke bataya ki tumhe roz raat ko dooth dena hai?".
"Ji dadi aapne sahi kaha, lekin mujhe nahi peena yarrr, ye kya zabardasti hai??"
"Arre beta, dooth teri health ke liye accha hai."
"Par dadi...?"
"Nahi Yashvi, koi arguments nahi, main toh keheti hu accha hai, tu kabhi dooth nahi peeti thi, ye accha moka hai ki Sidharth ki waja se tujhe dooth peena hoga".
" Ughhhhh.....main kaha fas gai yarrrr, kya haiii mere saath hi aisa kyuu???" I started fake crying to gain some sympathy, but dadi left without even looking at me. Abh main kya karu dooth toh peena hi padega.
I left for my room, and soon Aasha didi came and handed over me a glass of milk, yuckkk!!
She stood there until i finished my milk. As soon as i finished the whole glass of milk Sidharth called me.
"Haan bolo?"
"HAAN BOLO??" Sidharth sarcastically said, showing that i could've greeted him in a better way.
"Mera abhi mazak ka koi mood nahi hai. Mera mood bahot off hai."
"Acha, kisne meri princess ka mood kharab kiya, mujhe bhi toh pata lage."
I blushed as i heard the name "Princess", aww he's so cute. I started daydreaming for litrally such a silly reason.
Sidharth called out my name, and i realised about what i was thinking. I slapped my head for being silly. "Pagal ladki," I said to myself, and Sidharth heard it.
I heard him chuckle, Crap, i said that out loud. O my God, someone please kill me. This is too embarrassing. Why does it have to be me all the freaking time???!!
"Lagta hai maine apna promise aaj bhi pura kiya, i made you blush."
"Y-ye ki-kisne kaha ki maine b-blish kiya? Kuch bhi bolte hai?" Crap, i was stuttering like a nervous wreck.
"Aapki aawaz main ye nervousness toh kuch aur hi bata rahi hai." He said, teasing me.
I knew i had lost, so i just admitted my defeat.
"Fine, i'll let you off the hook this time and tell you the truth. I was blushing. Okay, now i have to go to sleep, goodnight. "
I immediately hung up the call and threw the phone away from me, Not exactly threw but kept it away from me on the bed, the phone's too important. After that, i couldn't sleep for so long.
Morning: I was leaving for work. I was too late. I ran outside to reach my car just 1 second quicker, which didn't make any sense, but har jaldi ke dimag wala insaan ek second ko bhi ek ghnata manta hai. Mere saath bhi yahi tha.
Just as i was about to reach my car, i saw Sidharth waiting for me in the parking. Freak, how do i face him now after what happened yesterday??
"Hey, did you sleep well?"
"I certainly did. How about you?"
"I had a good sleep too, come, i'll drop you."
"Uhh, no need, thanks, i can go by myself. Don't trouble yourself."
"It's okay, i'm fine with troubling myself for you, i had to head to a nearby place from your office anyway, so i'll drop you."
I knew he wouldn't listen, so i just agreed and let him drop me.
We didn't talk much until i was about to get out of the car.
"Take care, call me if anything happens. I'll be there, and don't you even dare skip meals. Got it?"
Sidharth's voice sounded dominant and strict when he got to the last sentence.
"Yeah, i got it. Take care. I'll get going now, bye."
I had so much work today. I was so busy and exhaused too.
10PM, after work:
Sidharth again picked me up from work, and we had dinner at a very fancy, quiet, and peaceful restaurant. *Sigh* I exactly needed this peaceful place tonight.

"Thank you Sidharth. After such a tiring day , even I didn't know that i needed such a peaceful place."
"I'm glad you liked it. Come on, dig in."
We had dinner, it was soooo good
As we sat in the car, Sidharth hovered over me, to which i closed my eyes as the quickest reflex i could think of imagination AGAIN that he would kiss me.
He chuckled and buckled my seatbelt, and i again blushed. It was embarrassing.
"Were you thinking that i would kiss you? By the way, you blushed, so i again kept my promise." Sidharth said in a teasing tone.
"Whatever, let's go. I wanna sleep."
"Then go ahead, sleep here, i'd love to watch you sleep."
Annddd, i blushed again. Why is he so good at making people blush? Is this his his talent or what? He should definitely go to India's talent show and show his talent someday. He'd come winning a trophy, i'm sure.
"Yashvi?"
"Hmm? Bolo?"
"Can i kiss you, main bahot dino se ye chahata that, but i couldn't find the courage to tell you, and today i finally let it out. So, may I"?
What the- Did he just ask if you could kiss me? Say yes say yes, one side of my brain said to say yes while the other....noo, you can't just let someone kiss you just like that, be tough and say noo.
But i was beyond my conscience and said yes.
He came closer to me. I was ready but nervous, too.
After a few minutes, i didn't feel anything. What? He backed away and started driving.
"Yashvi , main chahata hu ki pehele tum comfortable ho jao, uske baad we can move forward. Let's not rush."
Though i was relieved to hear this, because this proved how much he respected me and never wanted to hurt me. He's a greenflag 🟢
"No, but i want you to kiss me, i am comfortable with you."
1 second, did i just begged him to kiss me? What the hell are you thinking Yashvi??
"Pakka? There's no going back after this."
"Hmm, pakka. I took my decision."
As soon as i completed, he kissed me. It was so soft, so passionate. Just like the one i've always been longing for.
