Blood Transfusions

Emma was still having blood transfusions in her recovery room. Henry was reading a book. Hope was sitting next to her Mama. Killian carried baby Ian to his swans' recovery room. "Someone wants to see his Mama."

"Ian!" Killian set his son in his swan's arms. "Hi, baby boy." She gives him her finger to hold. "I missed you so much."

"He breathing normally as a healthy baby." Ian coos.

"Ian, you are a healthy baby boy. You are staying with Mama."

"Ian!" She goes close to her Mom to get a closer look of her baby brother." Hi." Ian looks at his big sister.

"He knows his big sister is here with us."

"Baby."

Emma winches in pain. "Mom, I can hold Ian." He takes his baby brother from their Mom. "Ian, we need to talk about Marvel." He carries his baby brother to the couch.

Killian assisted Emma back in the resting position. "Easy, love."

"I am in so much pain."

"You just need to rest and keep up your fluids. I will keep an eye on our little pirates."

"Mama." Hope hugs her Mama.

"Thank you for your sweet hugs, baby girl." She kissed her daughter on the cheek. "You are staying with me."

"Aye, at home, she has been watching Molly."

"The Big Comfy Couch."

"Molly!" Emma chuckles, she knows what to get her daughter for her second birthday.

Ian began wailing. Killian fetches Ian from his oldest son. "Ian, you need a clean diaper?" he wailed more. "Aye, you need to be fed." He faced his swan. "We will be right back, love. I am going to bottle feed him with your breastmilk." He carried his son back to the NICU. Ian needed to be monitored while he was being fed.

Henry sat nearby his Mom and held her hand. "I am okay, kid."

"You scared Dad and me yesterday with the blood."

"I am getting better, kid. I will be in here for next few days."

"At home, Allison stays with us while Dad is here with you and Ian. When he comes home, Hope is attached to him on the hip."

She smiles. "You can stay here with me."

"I can."

"Me too!!" Hope hugged her Mama.

"You have the two of us."

"I am very lucky to have three ducklings."

"Molly."

"Baby sis, I have a surprise for you." He gives her a Big Comfy Couch coloring book.

"Wow! Hopey, Henry got you your own coloring book.

"Molly!" She takes it from her big brother.

"Hopem what do you say to Henry for giving you a present?"

"Ank you."

Henry hugged his baby sister. "You are welcome. Let's color." He sets his sister on the couch and helps her choose a page to color in. He lets her color by herself.

"Where did you get the coloring book?"

"I found it on eBay."

Emma was impressed. "Wow." He gently hugged his Mom. "You are not going to lose me, kid."

"I know."

Killian returns with sleeping Ian in his arms. He sees Henry and his wife talking, he goes to Hope. "What you have there?"

"Book."

"A coloring book."

"Molly!"

"A Molly coloring book!"

Hope smiles seeing her baby brother. "Ian."

"Aye, Ian will see you color when he wakes up from his nap."

"Dada." She gives him a green crayon.

He smiles, "Aye, I will color the comfy couch." He helped his daughter color. Emma smiles seeing her husband being a Daddy to their two little ones simultaneously so she and Henry have some one-on-one time. She knows whatever happens in her future, her husband is going to be there for their children. She fell asleep.

Henry holds his Mom's free hand. "I'm right here, Mom." His Mom has been through so much already. He cannot lose his Mom after all she is a fighter. He has a feeling she will defeat this final battle and will be raising him and his siblings together. The Jones family are together
